      @@Embrod In the eighties most dancehall had reggae beats. In the 90s dancehall started to have different type of riddims.

    Who remembers the first time they heard this gem. It picks you up and drops you into the heart of Jamaica while dumplings stew in a pot, playing a game of dominoes and drinking a red stripe. excellent sound.

    I never get tired of this video. I can watch it over and over. I like how he went in the gettho included the youths, and every body going about their normal everyday life. It's so authentic. I love to see the youth man dem skanting up.

    I worked as a teacher in JA from summer 85 to 86 (Tichfield HS with Principal Chin :) This song, along with Buddy Bye, Under me sensi and Sleng Teng and a number of others, and I learned to wind and rub a dub at the dance halls (mi a champion bubbler :). Thank you, Mr Saw; that year was paradise...

    Saw would have been 51 today, God called him home too soon. I know of his music through my parents. I'm 30 and I'm still jamming to this classic.

      He was murdered for his publishing and his unique style by people close to him. When you really find out how he died everything about it is very suspicious and fishy... nevertheless rest in privilege, prestige, power, praise and peace, at ease hold the faith hold the grace...

    I had just started UWI when this song came out. I remember taking the bus from Papine to downtown and then to my parent's home in May Pen for the weekend. Those were the best days of my life, just did not realize it. RIP Tenor Saw.

    I remember this... back in the dayz when Unity Sound System Played this on Dub Plate..as their go to man was King Jammy, mashed up big sound systems when they dropped it ...Memories
