Minister? To who? This is not ministry. This is people playing church. It's why I left predominently black churches a while ago. No reverential fear of God. No respect for the sanctuary. Their is no distinction between the holy and profane. Some of those same folks on the platform would not even dare consider wearing those outfits to other respectable establisments, but they throw it on for church, and excuse it with clothes don't matter it's your heart. If reverence is in your heart it will show in your outer life.
I thought the same thing.... I’m not as old as some people and as a youth sometimes clothes can be a distraction from the move of God. They sound good but it’s a bit much... Even as a 19 year old I’m afraid that something I might wear or do will distract the people frm the move of God. Not judging just my honest convictions🙏🏾
When is the church gonna require the pw ministers to show respect to the house and dress appropriately? I mean you ain’t gotta wear. Tux but there’s a certain way men dress and a way women dress. The church allows way too much now……talented bunch but just hold them to a standard
