This is a project of Doom Metal yet funeral and spiritual music that describes the eternal sorrow and misery above the earth, death, the human nature and instincts under the ownership of grief and pain. AEONIAN SORROW originally formed by the female singer/composer Gogo Melone in September 2015. With great musicians joined, drummer Saku Moilanen (Red Moon Architect), vocalist Alejandro Lotero (Exgenesis), guitarist Taneli Jämsä (Ghost Voyage, Hukutus) and bassist Pyry Hanski (Mörbid Vomit, Before the Dawn etc.) the band started its journey into the veil of sorrow. Debut album is going to be released later in 2018.
Recorded, produced, mixed and mastered by Saku Moilanen at Deep Noise Studios in Finland.
Vocals recorded at Estudio Retro in Medellín, Colombia by Leo Sierra Ossa and STV Studios in Greece.

Very nice, they kinda reminded me Draconian, but they have their own uniqueness too, I hope they make as many albums as possible, will surely buy them all.

Kind of like a middle ground between Draconian, Shape of Despair, and Red Moon Architect. It's refreshing to see a band like this in which the female singer takes a prominent role in the songwriting, as opposed to only contributing vocals.

Amazing band. At Metal Gates Festival in Bucharest 2018 It was for the first time when i hear this band and now i like so much, in every morning i listen this song "Forever Misery" and everytime it gives me shivers.

Great opening for Swallow the Sun at Lisbon's show. Such a pitty to enter 2 min after you started and see still an empty house for your guys. But i benefitted of that, and i stayed closed to you guys at the front, that made me apreciate better your show. Thanks to that i'm wearing right now your bands T-shirt bought at the end of that show. This tune was one of my favorites.

I liked it. It made the song standout and become unique. Before that part it's just generic doom metal like the other 329052835932 beauty n Beasts songs out there

It's fine guys I appreciate both sides. We cannot be accepted by all people of course, some will like it and others not. Luckily the 98% does. However this is my voice, and my band's direction...you know "whatever make us feel" and that's not going to change any time soon ;)
This is exactly what I'm looking for, the combination of the expected and unexpected. For me the whole album delivers with every song and there is not a single one I can point too, which would stand out or left behind. One of the few albums I can listen over and over without getting sick of parts in it. This debut is already on the same level like those all time favorites of mine - Saturnus, Swallow The Sun, Mourning Beloveth, Draconian, Clouds, Doom:VS.
but it gets on and on and on....just wont end..if it was like 15 seconds part....it would be yeah cool but this way it lasts soo long
