Awwww, you guys made me ink. We had a whole lotta fun with Bendy and the Ink Machine! What do you guys think? You want more of this inky goodness? Or any other suggestions? Them Marki-Moo thumbnails tho
I've an issue with this story we apparently never knew. Sillyvision isn't the studio, all the posters say "Presented in Sillyvision," not "Presented by Sillyvision." My takeaway from this is that Sillyvision is basically their made up buzzword to drum up interest like when color was a new thing for cartoons, movies, and shows, it was called "Technicolor" and was all over the place. In the interest of fairness "Technicolor" was the name given to the process used to color the cells used in the animation process, so it's safe to say "Sillyvision" is likely their word for the Ink Machine or some other process used to animate the cartoons.
Just wanted to point out "The Illusion of Living" seems to be a reference to the real-life book on animation "The Illusion of Life" written by some of the original Disney animators Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston. It's one of the first books written about the craft of animation and is an important read for anyone wanting to pursue the career. Pretty much the animator's bible. Just a reference I feel a lot of people miss.
Just a thought... What if Joey Drew is dead. And Bendy sent you a letter, trying to get you to come back and set him and Boris free. And Demon Bendy is Joey corrupted by ink and the Ink Machine. And then everything goes to hell. What do you think?
Well now that theory is confirmed wrong but it was an amazing one I could have never thought of this! Since the full game is out we got everything! So basically Joey made the ink machine alongside the Gent company and Thomas Conner. So they made the ink machine but Bendy didn’t look like his cartoon version so Joey being the jerk that he is decides to lock him up in a vault for 30 years but he breaks out after Buddy Lewik accidentally let Bendy out but by that time he was corrupted by bad and attacks anything he sees because the idiot. And joey must’ve sent him the letter to go there so he could trap his out of control creation! So that’s the story.
_Vendy and the Vending Machine_ Joey _drew_ the company logo of the soda they sold (which had the colors of _Sillyvision_) *The vending machine is always broken, the soda demon is coming to get you! Well, unless you pay $1.50 for some Bendy Cola. **_No foreign currency is accepted._*
kookiezgalaxy you didn't say that no printed money is allowed though, please put that in before somebody uses printed money, it's really illegal, so why is it not illegal for ur Vendy and the Vending Machine
Fred Fred - animations and group games! Well, printed money cannot be scanned through the Vending Machine. Oh, and if you put printed money, Vendy will get you.
I have a therory! What if that figure we see before we run to our fall is Joey Drew himself corrupted and possessed? But now that I think about it, maybe the letter was a trap for Henry to come back so Joey could have his revenge on Henry for leaving! It just makes me think if not, than where is Joey Drew gonna show up in this franchise, because as I said in the therory, he is probably that figure that pops up before you run to your fall! But I just thought, what if Joeys letter to Henry was a send help letter? I know it doesn't say,"HELP",but it seems to me that it sounds like he is panicked in this letter and seems to try and sound casual, because if you think about it, he couldn't be writing this letter so casually when he is in a building where there are his creations roaming around and it is falling apart! Like this than Treesicle can see it and then he can have his own opinion on this! Reply if you think it is real or not!
I don't know if anyone else has mentioned this, but "Presented in Sillyvision" is likely a parallel to "Presented in Techinicolor" which some old films had because of the coloring process at the time. It was probably included in-game to give the posters a touch of realism and take up space with something people expect to see which is already associated with older shows. A different studio is a huge leap to take -- I'd be more comfortable making it if it said "by" instead of "in" but even then they might be a co-producer or sponsor. Personally, I think the amount of ink is just a tad more troubling than the actual machine. That stuff should be pretty costly - costly enough to shut it off rather than spend more money to flush the extra ink down the drain. There's who-do in that ink machine. I left a comment on Game Theory's last Bendy video, "Death to Disney", about it.
11:52 I think you're wrong about that, "silly vision" is the equivalent of technicolor that shows up next to every show in the credits. It never said "made by" it said "presented in" and all forms of colored media are presented in "technicolor". So with that said I believe that "silly vision" is just a parody of "technicolor"
Henry took alot of painful hits with the fall at the end of chapter 1 and knockout and remember that the card said 30 years ago and people start working at at least 18 he would be around 50 years old and taking those kind of hits could leave an old person like Henry in a comma so could the game be all part of Henry's comma?
it might not change the theory too much, but do you not think 'Sillyvision' would be akin to something like 'technicolor' rather than the name of a company? on the poster, it says 'presented *in* Sillyvision', not *by* Sillyvision. this could mean Mr. Drew never did make a second company, or at least not one called Sillyvision. This could also imply that this Sillyvision had something to do with the ink machine, maybe? just a thought.
I would like to believe there is one big studios as apposed to 2 studios. When you go around the studio in chapter 1, when you go to a desk Henry says "Here's my old desk. I've wasted so much time in this chair". This can prove that it is one big studio then 2 separate studios.
KatGalaxy Alice gets you to be her errand boy to see if you are able to "walk with the angels" but what she actually wants is for you (the person playing) to help her be beautiful. Then she kidnaps Boris. Sadly.
Sillyvision is not another studio. It was the main distributor of the Bendy Cartoons just like Buena Vista and other distributors of the time. The name "Buena Vista" is "Good vision" in Spanish, you can make your own conclusion.
No Company back then said something like *Presented in Warner Brothers* because that makes no gramtical sense but back then they did say *presented in technicolor* So sillyvision must be bendy and the ink machines version of technicolor.
Sillyvision could be a separate thing, sort of like Technicolor, that the animators used. The way it's presented makes me think that it is something other than an animation studio. (i.e. presented 𝘪𝘯 Sillyvision, not 𝘣𝘺 Sillyvision)
But what about Henry's old desk? That mean the "NEW" workshop is actually the old one and when Henry said "how did this place get so big?"he was talking about the new lower expansion to the workshop that he found when he fell through the floor while trying to escape bendy
McByte 5 People, 1 Cookie Left At The Table, They All Look With A Competative Gaze, THE SPRINT IS ON 1 Person Falls Tragically "Dying" With The Incadent Leading To 2 On Their Knees Crying, You And The Opponent Are The Only Ones Left, You Don't Think You'll Make It, You Stop, You Hesitate, And Then You Dive, Dramatically Grabbing The Cookie And Rolling Off The Table, The Story Ends, With You Eating The Cookie, Leaving The Others Crying, *There Was Another Box Of Cookies On The Other Table*
The posters said "in" sillyvision. Which means that they used sillyvision to make their cartoons. Just like Popeye, Mickey Mouse, and a lot of cartoons in the 50's and 60's used technicolor.
Dreams do come true I was deceived by Joey Drew Now I'm coming after you Who's laughing now? You thought that you could cut me out Now the ink is pouring down
the reason bendy killed Sammy was to take his heart and give it to Borris that is why bendy always TRIES to get Henry. So any human it sees bendy will take its heart
Game theory says bendy and the ink machines characters are actually from the animator max fleischer who wanted revenge against Disney. So if you combine this theory and your theory then I think that is the actual story
If he does, he better hurry. I'm 75% sure MatPat is about to cover it, due to livestreams, hints, the comments begging for it, and the end of his last theory.
Did you know? There's a similar animation book like The Illusion of Living. It's called the Illusion of Life, and guess who where the ones to publish this book? You guessed it, the folks from Disney
Bro (11:54) “Presented in SillyVision” is a play on “Presented in Technicolor” which used to be on older cartoons after the black & white era. It’s not another studio that made Bendy
Making an animated film is way more than just paying for animation. Celebs, marketing, ect are usually more expensive and things like sound/music ain't cheap either. The cost of princess of the frog's animation was a fraction of the 105 million budget
Toy Kenzie Well there is some comics made by fans and stuff and one of them is interesting Joey is old and sick but knows bendy is alive. Bendy helps Joey to turn on the machine and then joey spills a lot of the ink on himself later on. he looks like one of those ink monsters and takes over bendys body and he becomes the evil, ink bendy.
My theory is this Joey was making some place like a Disney land for bendy fans, but he wanted there to be the stars alwell so he decided to try and get bendy to his demension.though I think he brought in also some evil traits into the bendy through the pentagrams, then bendy being better and oh SO MUCH BADDER turned Joey into the thing he wanted for the new atraction......bendy but he was taller, inkyer and more aggressive ,why is he so mean well since bendy is basicly an ink DEMON he might have ethier controlled his mind or used some kind of ink machine but not the one we always see I bet he can't just pour ink and you change form,he must have some rainbow factory device that does the trasfoming and mind altering!plus he must a have a tough grudge against all the workers turning the people who put the evil looking smiles on the dolls into to the monsters in chapter 3,and the voice of Alice in5o a split personality, and for wally he got turned to Boris which explains how in chapter 3 he can open the door and gives you the pipe.but what of the person you play as henry, not sure me neither but can tell you THIS every time bendy vets more of those good ol souls he gets much more indimatadingly powerful Like if you thought this cleared some stuff
Imagine what will happen if your animations animated themselves, Well, half of youtubers wouldnt be youtubers, many cartoon companies wouldnt be famous and many people wouldnt have a job.
I feel as though Bendy, from the start, was something that haunted Joey drew from the very beginning. Like you said, he was a scared man, but i think this scared man was once a scared boy. i think He was inspired by Bendy, a monster that probably haunted him his whole life. Comedy itself is derived from fear. It's a way to cope with things we do not understand or causes stress in our daily lives. i think this Fear got to him as an artist. One thing i know from experience as an artist is that sometimes it's best to just get out of your own head, because sometimes you can't tell if what your thinking is what you truly see, or what you want to see. i think Henry leaving took that sense of reassurance that Joey once had and allowed the monster to truly take refuge in his mind. I'd say the book he wrote was probably all the things that went through his mind during all the years following up to the events of chapter one, or maybe even further before to Joey's very youth. I Hypothesize this descendence into depression, pressure, and madness caused him to think hard about his life and eventually realize wear it was all coming from. The center of all his problems, the thing he feared most, his inner demon: Bendy. Perhaps he thought bendy was a demon living inside of him and he sought out to Exercise him, but instead gave him life through sacrifice and potential alchemical or Satanic means, but after seeing what he created, he was more amazed at what he summoned. Using items from every member in the Company, he created bounds with the characters to each employee and thus brought all of his characters to life. after careful examination and study, he found himself obsessed with the creations powers and abilities and wanted them for his own, thus using the ink machine to make himself into an ink monster version of Bendy, finally overcoming his fear by becoming the very thing he fears most. Eventually, he somehow infects the others with the same mutation, and eventually turns into these mutated creations. As for the actual living cartoons, i think they are the ones he made earlier, but they are far worst and far more powerful. Not just because they're demons, but because they're Old-school stretch and pull cartoons that don't bide by the laws of this plane of reality. Death just means a new form and a new look that they may sport for an episode or gag until they're eventually re-spawned in the next one. i also think they don't become perfect right of the bat, and also feast on the artist that they're bounded with, thus the reason they are looking for Henry: to complete the cast and become whole.
May I suggest Slender the story you never knew. Dead space the story you never knew. Terreria the story you never knew. If these already exsist could somebody please point me towards them, thank you :)
Something that I think you should consider is that when you die, you return in the middle of the pentagram. Same thing as when you destroy the Bendy cutouts, that respawn when you look back at them. I feel that maybe Henry might be tied into this, somehow. Also, for the timeline: Ink Machine Instatalled? How do you instatall something.
Not to be hating, but I personally have no idea what peole see in this game, and to be honest I didn't really like it ever since the first chapter came out. I was just so confused when fangirls started fangirling over Bendy and a Fandom began growing, bigger than Yandere Simulator, and that even though there was only one chapter to it. I was confused when people started doing animations and Comics to it, confused when people started dubbing the comics, confused when people started doing roleplays on it but that's just my own experience and opinion........ is this how it feels to be a 'Hater'? Cause I don't think I'm a fan...?
Yeah, I got curious and played the game because of it XP. I make some fanart, but only because Bendy is easy to draw. I wonder why it became popular so quickly...?
Awesome Milkshake Maybe someone can make a video explaining the fanbase because I feel like I'm on a completely different wavelength. Is this what it feels like to be old? Am I old now? Midlife crisis at 18?
Presented in Sillyvision is like saying: Presented in Technicolor. Its just the style of the art or such not an actual studio. The films are still made by Joey Drew Studios
The reason that creepy circle drawn on the floor is there is because it's where bendy and Boris was kept in. A ritual to prevent demons, and monsters from coming out of that circle. But Boris was tortured by Joey _Drew_ so bendy was able to come out and RIP AND TEAR!!
The Illusion of Living book in the game is most likely a reference to the book "The illusion of Life" written by Ollie Johnston and Frank Thomas, two of the animators from the early days of Disney.
One of the things that baffles me is in the very beginning. The doorway to the Ink Machine isn't boarded up at first, but after turning it on, the room is suddenly blocked by boards. My theory is that there are two Boris the Wolfs. The first one was created and dissected by Joey so he could write his book. The second one was made to test the theory. Once the second one was created, he figured he could bring any other character to life ( Alice Angel and Bendy ). Since we haven't see Alice yet, and it looks like she'll be a big part of Chapter 3, we can't really say anything about her. However, when it comes to Boris, the second one might have seen the first Boris, was horrified, and tried to stop Joey from creating Bendy. When that failed, Bendy possessed Joey, and Boris escaped down to S3 Vault ( which you hide in at the end of Chapter 2 ) where he's been hiding ever since. Maybe when you started working on the Ink Machine, he sensed your presence, knew about Bendy, and he tried to protect you by boarding the room up as best as he could before disappearing again. We don't really know how he and Sammy can move around the place, since Sammy seemingly vanishes into the wall when you first spot him. And when you enter the vault, he comes around the corner and doesn't immediately attack you, so you're not sure what to make of him. Maybe he'll be friendly and help you, or maybe he's a puppet of Bendy, sent to lure you into a false sense of security. Who knows?
I've recently gotten into BATIM and I honestly am very impressed with this half of the fandom, the cool, creative, easy going portion of the fandom, and not the necrophilia obsessed, shipping-two-characters-who-barely-know-eachother, shipping-two-characters-who-are-clearly-not-gay, magical-mister- -Mistofelees- -bendy, portion of the fandom.
I think Sillyvision isn't the name of a company, but probably more akin to something like "presented in technicolor" or kinemacolor or whatever they had been using for their films. It was very common to include in old animations. Color film was a huge leap forward for the industry. It doesn't have much to do with Bendy and the Ink Machine, but the history of color in film is really cool and I'd suggest looking into it when you have some time. :)
My main thoughts are mixed, because while it can mostly mean that it is this (the game's) world's term for Technicolor, I've had my hypotheses that it can also be two other things: - 1️⃣SillyVision is, or at least can be, equivalent to the Laugh-O-Gram Studio… the first ever studio that Walt Disney owned or worked at, but it started to fall out and go into bankruptcy along the way in just a few years (combined with the Great Depression which just made things worse). After the studio got shut down in St. Louis (or was it Kansas City? Idk, it's somewhere in MO I believe…), Missouri, he started completely anew to create the Walt Disney Studio. If that's the case for Mr. Disney, then Joey Drew Studios (and his previous "SillyVision Studio") has the same parallel. Whether happenstance or not, only the creator knows. - 2️⃣SillyVision is an inside joke between TheMeatly and Mike Mood because BATIM was just a silly idea and thought… that the game was made on the basis of curiosity and "Happy little accidents" of "What would it look like to walk around in a drawn/sketched environment? Y'know, like walking around in a cartoon?". And also that the name Bendy was just a hiccup in TheMeatly's computer program to where it jumbled the words hey typed, but went with the name anyways for the game.
You know, Silly Vision could be a play on Technicolor. Obviously, this game is heavily inspired by the art style from the era. I'm not saying that you're wrong, it's just something to think about.
Minor quibble: "Presented in Sillyvision" likely isn't a new studio name. There were scores of enhancements in the early days of animation/film, most notably "Presented in Technicolor".
Awwww, you guys made me ink.
We had a whole lotta fun with Bendy and the Ink Machine! What do you guys think? You want more of this inky goodness? Or any other suggestions?

Thank you
or like "presented in smell-o-vision".

Why would you need ink for an ink machine

Scary
You must change the title to : Bendy And The Ink Machine the story that is not even complete and people are doing theories about it.

Aubrey Brown how the hell would bendy know Henry?
Inferny Cream you want to know when's Joey going to show up in the franchise?

Speckle Seep now that looks like bullshit (no offense)

Can't wait until more details are uncovered! Such a fun and exciting game.
Glad to see such a different and aesthetically pleasing horror game. :)

Currupting Shadow not this bullshit again smh
Currupting Shadow fuck, that, "he is in coma all along".
Currupting Shadow coma, not comma,
He is most definitely not 50, more in his 30's.
IT WAS ALL A DREAM XD
"the devil himself, prepare yourself" best line treesicle
And that's the story...
I never knew!!
Chris011 Gaming lol
Chris011 Gaming How i and your mother met
Chris011 Gaming but hey that's just a theory....A.....theory that is based on a hypothesis of my own cognitive critical thoughts.
it might not change the theory too much, but do you not think 'Sillyvision' would be akin to something like 'technicolor' rather than the name of a company?
on the poster, it says 'presented *in* Sillyvision', not *by* Sillyvision. this could mean Mr. Drew never did make a second company, or at least not one called Sillyvision. This could also imply that this Sillyvision had something to do with the ink machine, maybe? just a thought.
MiikaTheStoryteller That's what i thought, most cartoons in that era used technicolor.
Maybe the Sillyvision is meant to be something about the Bendy being the silliest deadliest vision
MiikaTheStoryteller this game is based in freicher or something like that
MiikaTheStoryteller I agree, that's what I was thinking too.
I would like to believe there is one big studios as apposed to 2 studios. When you go around the studio in chapter 1, when you go to a desk Henry says "Here's my old desk. I've wasted so much time in this chair". This can prove that it is one big studio then 2 separate studios.
U did actually miss the fact that Alice will play a big role in chapter 3 What will she do? Help us? Kill us?
Spoiler alert. Alice isn't nice.
She'll kill us or tries to anyways
KatGalaxy Alice gets you to be her errand boy to see if you are able to "walk with the angels" but what she actually wants is for you (the person playing) to help her be beautiful. Then she kidnaps Boris. Sadly.
because boris is more beautiful than her.
kill us duh
Sillyvision is not another studio. It was the main distributor of the Bendy Cartoons just like Buena Vista and other distributors of the time. The name "Buena Vista" is "Good vision" in Spanish, you can make your own conclusion.
Hector Manuel I thought that was hilarious. I love language puns.
For some reason Grant's voice makes me binge watch these...😊
Flexible and the Printer, anyone thought of that?
You’re a genius
No Company back then said something like *Presented in Warner Brothers* because that makes no gramtical sense but back then they did say *presented in technicolor* So sillyvision must be bendy and the ink machines version of technicolor.
joey drew studios is like the actual studio but sillyvision is how it is presented and created.
I was thinking the same thing. If Sillyvision was the studio name, it would read “presented by sillyvision”
Mince dlnbbhfjdbxjbxxxj
Yeah
Can we appreciate for a moment how strong that ending was? Props to the script writer; that ending gave me goosebumps.
Sillyvision could be a separate thing, sort of like Technicolor, that the animators used. The way it's presented makes me think that it is something other than an animation studio. (i.e. presented 𝘪𝘯 Sillyvision, not 𝘣𝘺 Sillyvision)
Xeena
I think in the blueprints of the ink machine there said something like "Drew studios" so maybe that's the name?
That's possible
Reminds me why I love guess 666
Then Sillyvision would be the technology coined by Joey, to make animation.
Vlad1m4ra I don't think whatever sillyvision was is too important anyway
Can't trant the Grant.
+Big T. Larrity sure can't
Treesicle Such epic bants.
Damn I wish someone cool would notice me.
"my name is henry
I like ink, and strippers."
*remembers what Jacksepticeye said* “oh no, ink strippers”
Indie horror games made me scared of animatronics. Now it's making me scared of 1930's cartoons. CURSE YOU INDIE GAMES!!!!.😠
Pussy.
You think BATIM is scary
*AHAHAHAHA*
Play OFF, and you will know the definition of horror.
I'm scared of:
Robots
Chucky Cheese
Cartoons
Neighbors
Wow Girl3
XD
+Wow Girl3 is it because
five nights at Freddy's
bendy and the ink machine
hello neighbor??
But what about Henry's old desk? That mean the "NEW" workshop is actually the old one and when Henry said "how did this place get so big?"he was talking about the new lower expansion to the workshop that he found when he fell through the floor while trying to escape bendy
I'm assuming that Henry is about 50. 2017 - 30 = 1987
From that I can assume that Henry was born in 1967.
Evil Morty this game is set around 1950 since this is the style of animation for the 1920s meaning that Henry was born around 1910 and he would be 50
Oh shit Henry is my mom confirmed
I wonder what squids do when they play BATIM.
They get severely triggered.
AHH F*** 3D PRINTING HAS GONE TOO FAR! OH, HELL NO!!
McByte AJ GET THE 3-D WHITEOUT!!#😬😬😬😰😰

If joey wants something from all the employees... and you used to be an employee... maybe he needs your life?
The posters said "in" sillyvision. Which means that they used sillyvision to make their cartoons. Just like Popeye, Mickey Mouse, and a lot of cartoons in the 50's and 60's used technicolor.

BlueStar The CrazyKitty No
the reason bendy killed Sammy was to take his heart and give it to Borris that is why bendy always TRIES to get Henry. So any human it sees bendy will take its heart
Game theory says bendy and the ink machines characters are actually from the animator max fleischer who wanted revenge against Disney. So if you combine this theory and your theory then I think that is the actual story
Did anyone else see Domics butt animation in this?

Does anyone think bendy is Joey drew?
Toy Kenzie Well there is some comics made by fans and stuff and one of them is interesting Joey is old and sick but knows bendy is alive. Bendy helps Joey to turn on the machine and then joey spills a lot of the ink on himself later on. he looks like one of those ink monsters and takes over bendys body and he becomes the evil, ink bendy.
What if the whole story is Joey pranking us : ' )
I’ve thought that since I met sammy

yes
Bendy and the *kink* machine
please *_don't._*
No
Chip no
plz no
Yes
My theory is this
Joey was making some place like a Disney land for bendy fans, but he wanted there to be the stars alwell so he decided to try and get bendy to his demension.though I think he brought in also some evil traits into the bendy through the pentagrams, then bendy being better and oh SO MUCH BADDER turned Joey into the thing he wanted for the new atraction......bendy but he was taller, inkyer and more aggressive ,why is he so mean well since bendy is basicly an ink DEMON he might have ethier controlled his mind or used some kind of ink machine but not the one we always see I bet he can't just pour ink and you change form,he must have some rainbow factory device that does the trasfoming and mind altering!plus he must a have a tough grudge against all the workers turning the people who put the evil looking smiles on the dolls into to the monsters in chapter 3,and the voice of Alice in5o a split personality, and for wally he got turned to Boris which explains how in chapter 3 he can open the door and gives you the pipe.but what of the person you play as henry, not sure me neither but can tell you THIS every time bendy vets more of those good ol souls he gets much more indimatadingly powerful
Like if you thought this cleared some stuff
5:55 Wait, did I accidentally click on a fnaf video?

Man, I love BATIM theories!
4:55 3D PRINTING HAS GONE TOO FAR! This made me laugh so much
you're such a Matt Patt
Thanks for replying.
Ahhh so Matpat is a noun now xD
bendy eyes are pacman
Just like most cartoons back in that particular time period
I love your videos you have some many theories that I feel like im smart lel
May I suggest
Slender the story you never knew.
Also,for the timeline:
Ink Machine Instatalled?
Nah man. You just openly said your opinion and as long as you respect other people's opinions, you're no hater
Tanie I'm confused too lol. I'm watching videos hoping to find a reason why this game has exploded like this.
Yeah, I got curious and played the game because of it XP.
I make some fanart, but only because Bendy is easy to draw. I wonder why it became popular so quickly...?
Tanie Finally! Someone else who understands!
Awesome Milkshake Maybe someone can make a video explaining the fanbase because I feel like I'm on a completely different wavelength. Is this what it feels like to be old? Am I old now? Midlife crisis at 18?
This will be the next FNAF. A phenomenal game that will be ruined by the kids. I bet ya, 1 year l8r.😩
wait the bendy song tells a little about the history (I think)
Presented in Sillyvision is like saying: Presented in Technicolor. Its just the style of the art or such not an actual studio. The films are still made by Joey Drew Studios
The reason that creepy circle drawn on the floor is there is because it's where bendy and Boris was kept in. A ritual to prevent demons, and monsters from coming out of that circle. But Boris was tortured by Joey _Drew_ so bendy was able to come out and RIP AND TEAR!!
If you don’t like jump scares skip 4:54 don’t make the same Mistake I did... 😂
Eh the jumpscares in BATIM are predictable.
So you are talking about a possessed cartoon and you have 666 subs...🤔

Who knows?
Can anime be made from ink like I don't know DBZ
Son Goku mangas are drawn in ink i think, but anime is probably animated in computers nowadays
Son Goku I guess yeah, anime means japanese drawn animation, so it's still anime even if you use ink to draw it.

I think that perhaps Sillyvision might be the parent company of Joey Drew studios, so they own Joey's company.

SMAF 64 hello
I think Sillyvision isn't the name of a company, but probably more akin to something like "presented in technicolor" or kinemacolor or whatever they had been using for their films. It was very common to include in old animations. Color film was a huge leap forward for the industry. It doesn't have much to do with Bendy and the Ink Machine, but the history of color in film is really cool and I'd suggest looking into it when you have some time. :)
My main thoughts are mixed, because while it can mostly mean that it is this (the game's) world's term for Technicolor, I've had my hypotheses that it can also be two other things:
-
1️⃣SillyVision is, or at least can be, equivalent to the Laugh-O-Gram Studio… the first ever studio that Walt Disney owned or worked at, but it started to fall out and go into bankruptcy along the way in just a few years (combined with the Great Depression which just made things worse).
-
2️⃣SillyVision is an inside joke between TheMeatly and Mike Mood because BATIM was just a silly idea and thought… that the game was made on the basis of curiosity and "Happy little accidents" of "What would it look like to walk around in a drawn/sketched environment? Y'know, like walking around in a cartoon?". And also that the name Bendy was just a hiccup in TheMeatly's computer program to where it jumbled the words hey typed, but went with the name anyways for the game.

Love that Journey reference at 1:20 😹 they're my favorite band 😸 you got yourself a new sub 🤠
You know, Silly Vision could be a play on Technicolor. Obviously, this game is heavily inspired by the art style from the era. I'm not saying that you're wrong, it's just something to think about.
The old facility is Joey Drew Studios: Music Department, which was directed by Sammy Lawrence.
Minor quibble: "Presented in Sillyvision" likely isn't a new studio name. There were scores of enhancements in the early days of animation/film, most notably "Presented in Technicolor".
