Bro my mom thought I was insane when I didn't even realize I did the same thing watching this show. You get so invested in it that you feel like you're fighting with them lmaoo
They are two actors who trained absurdly to play these characters, the two are not boxing professionals and all the training scenes have no effects or CGI.
Binged this the day it came out and finished it at 2am! Loved every second of it! The two main leads put in the work! Wo dohwan (Gun woo) is an amazing actor and has done action before. Lee Sang yi is also great and surprisingly he hasn't done action before. Both of them are besties in real life so the chemistry is really palpable and you come to love them their brotherhood really quick! As others might have mentioned in the comments, the actress who plays Hyeon-joo was unfortunately involved in a DUI. Most of the drama had been filmed by then thus it was difficult to remove her. The director made the decision to keep all her scenes in until ep 6, after that if you notice some things lacking of loose ends its more than likely due to her removal near the end. Nonetheless, it didn't stop me from enjoying the drama and I hope you do as well!
I am watching this right now too. I love the lead actor's work (mad dog, joseon attorney: a morality, the king: eternal monarch) he is amazing at emotional scenes-one of the best.

THIS is the most gruesome kdrama I have ever seen. Had me covering my eyes, ears, hiding, bawling, squirming...LORD. BUT it is one of my favorite kdramas.
The actress who played the role of 'Cha Hyeon-joo' was drunk driving before the filming of this drama was over. She was drunk and bumped into a telephone pole by her side of the road. In South Korea, 'drunk driving' is regarded as a serious social problem to the extent that it is called 'preliminary murder'. Usually, when an incident like this occurs, all scenes featuring the actress who caused the accident are deleted or replaced with a new actress. But, at the time of the incident, filming for the drama was almost in the second half. Casting new actress and reshoots were not possible due to production costs and other actors' schedule. Since deleting all of her scenes would make the play awkward, the director did not delete a single scene until episode 6. The director was so stressed out that he developed a herniated disc in his neck. The actress who caused the drunk driving controversy is currently suspended. From her 7th episode, she suddenly disappears, so the flow of her 7th and 8th episodes can feel a bit awkward.
Makes sense. Because even if she was gone for awhile I wasn’t expecting for her to don’t comeback at all. I thought she would come for the last moment. Even the end felt a bit rushed to be honest. The last episode. Thanks for the info.

It's cute.
