- Today I'm very excited to share one of our Speaker Series guest speakers, Becca Tarnas. She gave a compelling talk on Jupiter-Uranus at the beginning of the month and permitted me to air it on my channel for you all to enjoy. You won't want to miss this one!
The junctions of Jupiter and Uranus occur every 14 years and last for about 14 months, igniting a wave of excitement, joyful renewal, and creative output worldwide. Like the archetypal figure of the puer eternus, the eternal youth, Jupiter-Uranus often signifies rebirth after periods of intense contraction or initiates new eras with hopeful rebellion and creative awakening. Jupiter-Uranus transits tend to correlate with periods of scientific and technological breakthrough, artistic and literary brilliance, and optimistic political progress.

Oh wow!! I love how Becca went from Descartes, who was born a day or two after a solar eclipse and then leads into Einstein theory of relativity proven by the observation of an eclipse. My best friend from highschool sent me an image of the sunrise this morning depicting the beauty of the natural bending of light when the presence of ice crystals in the atmosphere are aligned in in just the right way that allows the 22° solar halo to form and complete with two sun dogs and a tangent arc which looks much like fanning of radiant light shooting out if the halo which reminds of Becca bringing in "The Great Flaring Forth" by Brian Swimme. My best friend has her Jupiter/Uranus conjunct at almost the same degrees as mine due to those planets turing retrograde after my birth and my progressed chart puts my at almost her exact birthday and time right now. I didnt realize that till just now and how freaking amazing and beautiful that she sent me that picture this morning🥰🤩 Im know theorectical scientist but that doesnt mean I cannot use those theories as tools for navigating my own life and dreaming into new ways of finding joy and beauty. I really really appreciate that Adam posted this. Also, “holistic” caught my attention and one of the astrological systems I’m working on is sort of holistic. Part of it relates to what I may have mentioned in a comment about “collapsing charts”. This system is actually more geared towards a “public tool” so I’ll go ahead and share it. The first time I started this, I metaphorically said “this is a headache”. I had an upper hand this time since I already had an actual headache before I started.
If you take the sign sympathy systems/reluctant conjunctions and collapse them, you surprisingly end up with a chart divided into 2 sections. Both wonderfully symmetrical by gender and modality. They’re unified by the Cardinal opposition sympathy. What’s wildly interesting about these 2 sections is the element. 1 section is Fire and Water, the other earth and air. This could allow for some great philosophical meanderings, but what’s also great is it gives a fantastic cheat sheet. You can mark the the whole sign houses by sign “conjunction” to easily spot mitigations and further reading can give specific mechanics on how that’s working. But, you’ll end up with a pattern like in my own (virgo ascendant) going by house in a linear fashion of “2-2, 1-1, 2-2, 1-1” etc). Moon in Aquarius 6th, reluctant conjunction with Capricorn 5th with Saturn in virgo: it shouldn’t be surprising I was at work when I finally fully collapsed the zodiac.
This transit will.. this will be with my taurus lot of exaltation, it’ll be square natal moon in Aquarius (sign sympathies may intensify it) and opposite uranus which is .. square natal moon on its own. Jupiter is ruler of fortune, it’s also a current triplicity lord of the sect, and it’s in cancer in a recently activated spirit zodiacal release of cancer. Of course, moon is ruler. It could get interesting.
If I never mentioned it in a comment, the above is my suspicion as why quadrant house systems work.

It wasn't until this talk that I realized my natal Uranus 3` (1st House, ASC 6` with Rahu 11' in Scorpio) is opposite, by sign, my natal Jupiter 22` (in Taurus with Ketu 11')... 2024 Jupiter/Uranus conjunction at my Jupiter degree! So curious! Here we go ~

This is tied into my kundalini and merkaba my merkaba said "beacuse your time here on earth is done". Then gave me 24/04/2024. I looked at this date at the time I was born and Jupiter and uranus conjunct right at that time I was born. So now the retrograde Venus is clearing the heart and it's the Christ heart chakra coming to fruition. Fixed cross and Kundalini jump is the creative genius and Leo is my Venus in the natal chart, this is once in. Life time opportunity and I am thankful kful to the heavens fro given me a chance to reset karma and start a new life cycle. I han no recollection it has shown me all through last guiding and teaching me. They did say we are going to give you three gifts step by step. Very very powerful time. I made it through the 5th dimension. I am free.
The constellation is trining my Cap Venus and South Node conjunction. I hope it brings relief and a huge positive leap forward. I hardly dare to admit it, but I so desire to be in a loving relationship. Been single for most of my life and already in my 40s. Next April the Saturn Mars conjunction will be right on my DC.

That's actually a very common Uranian theme! I see it regularly in my practice.
Hmm .. okay! .. I would tend to attribute Mercury to the trickster. That when this planet is aspected with Uranus it comes in .. but the trickster energy is Mercury

@@johantinoMercury (and especially the Greek Hermes) are definitely expressions of the Trickster mythically, and it seems in astrological correlations both Mercury and Uranus can express Trickster-like manifestations. The tricksterism seems to play out at different scales depending on what scenarios are involved, Mercury’s often involving mind tricks, mental games, tricks of logic or rhetoric, etc. and Uranus involving the unexpected and the sudden change that brings the upheaval, the reversal of direction, the awakening to a new reality. Often a mythic category or archetypal figure does not neatly fall into one planetary archetype but combines or expresses differently through a few of them. The Norse Loki is a good example of the Mercury-Uranus type Trickster.
