Hey Paul. Nice front elevation. Ok. 2 spacious front bedrooms and bath. Laundry room. Love the open concept living/kitchen/dining. Don’t see a backsplash. Like the curved island. Prefer a farmers sink for those large holiday pots and bakeware. Love the accent wall in the living. Covered lanai. Spacious primary suite. His/hers closets. Basic en-suite. No lighting above the mirror. Recessed lighting nice. Didn’t see a linen closet unless it was behind the door and I do see a door next to the shower as you’re exiting. I see the 4th bedroom. Private. At least the 1/2 bath is right there to minimize the use of the of the bath across the hall with bed 1&2. Would’ve been nice to squeeze in a shower in that 1/2 bath. Nice layout. Only thing missing is the pool and outdoor kitchen. Thanks so much and see you next video.
Would love to see Dr Horton homes with internal concrete back walls instead of those wood frames and drywall; also steel frame for the roof trusses instead those wood trusses; + insulated roof panels instead of asphalt shingles (= usable attic for storage)=safer, healthier, longer lasting homes
