Homemade animated Halloween decorations

For 35 years we have gradually made more elaborate Halloween decorations. They have become well known in the area and we get over 800 trick-or-treaters. The crowds spill off the sidewalk into the street. These are all homemade and have been added to and refined over the years. It takes two days to set them up. They are better in person as a video doesn't adequately capture the 500 W subwoofer used for the thunder. Six other houses on the street have thunder and lightning synchronized with ours. The San Francisco skyline with the witch that flies across the moon is made with two sheets and 20 cans of black spray paint. There lot of Arduinos, Raspberry Piesm servos and MP3 players involved.
The grim reaper in the rocking chair is the scariest item, because people worry in might be a real person that could grab them. (For two years, it was.)
