Just want to say I adore your channel and content! Wanted to make a suggestion that you do a video (or even series of a few videos) chronicling your writing process from start to finish, starting from an idea and taking it to finished song. I find that so helpful and encouraging.
One area of growth in the 10 weeks of your songwriting group has been the confidence to make quick decisions on letting go of lyrics that just don’t fit…even a few poetic gems. I’ve done stand-up before and it’s the same. You gotta land the plane (preferably on the a runway) at some point….that’s where the ‘Title first’ helps A LOT! 🛩🔥🙈

I am quite gifted in the ability to describe what I can actually perceive, but aphantasia prevents me from visualizing anything in my head, dreams or otherwise... You must be the beautiful angel sent to answer my prayers... I have been struggling to understand the universe of song and musicality... I cannot play any of the instruments that have been given to me, but I am autistic and truly obsessed with the interactions of the sound spectrum. Thank you so much for the insight! May God bless you a thousand times over. I have uploaded some of my own compositions to RUclips, but I am afraid, since I have no musical training or skill (I couldn't discern a note to save my life) - I cannot tell at what level my arrangements would be placed at upon a scale... If you could listen to ANY of them and give me your honest opinion, I will be forever in your gratitude. Perhaps your answer will let me know if I need to try to progress to the stage of actually mixing vocals with the accompaniment tracks or not???
