I think she needs to smile more and her face is so serious. She needs to be friendly yet so smart. I don't agree that Sabyasachi is number 1 though he is one of the greatest. I think this needs to be more realistic, yet friendly and the interviewer needs to be more naturnal like Priyam from Miss Malini.
