Stampin’Up! Delicate Dahlias card from Sale-a-bration #2 2021

This is my first play with this stamp set. I have done a little colouring with the water painters also. I love it so much I made a few cards to show you at the end of this tutorial. I use Stampin’ Up! products. I hope you enjoy my video.
