Odd: "How can I get my colonists from their spawn to the habitation area"? Also Odd: Places a teleporter in the middle of nowhere that no one can access
Perhaps that colonist doesn't want to left the cryo room because you forgot to give ownership of full spacesuit to him and he want to be far away from a cold, dark corridor venting atmosphere to space by vents on its walls?
>wake up from cryosleep >ship is trashed, cold, dim, no other humans in sight >lay down, feeling hopeless and starving >construction robot rolls in, drops off a sandwich >refuses to elaborate, leaves
It’s better to build floor plugs or the like in rooms rather than the small pylons. The small pylons are meant for making connections over a long distance but only have 8 slots while floor/wall/larger pylons have a much smaller cover area but have 32 slots for connections. Just a lil tip for ya.
Maybe if you gave her the helmet to go with her spacesuit then she could leave the spawning pods and make her way through the -200° temps to the other side of the ship?
Do the lack of floors in the hallways between enclosed rooms allow your heat and oxygen to escape where the colonists are passing out? Because outer space.
I get the feeling you REALLY might want to research other connector types, cus your power grid is kinda NUTZ at the moment. ALSO put those BIG heaters in the hallways so the people can move about from the status pods to their living space.
Also watching now the second youtuber play this and it seems every one have a tendency to do random stuff instead focusing on helping the colonists it's hilarious. Like why we put a oxigen generator in AI room just to vent it via frames?
As others have already stated. She isn't leaving to go down to the living quarters because she'd die if she tried to travel through a VACUUM without a protective suit. Additionally, why the heck haven't you build at least a teleporter in the stasis room? To go with the one in the living quarters? And WHY in the world you were cramming everything in the computer room? I'm glad you finally thought to build elsewhere, but jeez, what a mess. You also build crap too bunched together, allowing no room for repairs. Last thing, your having power generation problems. But you build a whole bunch of lights and other power consuming devices....? lol Anyway thank you for showing the game.
I think the reason they don't walk over is that they think -270°C is a bit chilly. Drama queens!
6:44 Probably because the passage is cold enough to kill them is seconds.
Phh, wear some gloves yo

They can do some work too!
The dog took that first colonists bed...lol

So, she's a wimp
Is it possible that the corridors and rooms between the survivor habitat area and the pods are too cold to safely travel through.
This is exactly why
I've been screaming this in my head!
Yes
That’s exactly my thoughts aswell. You could relocate the space suit over to them and then they could travel through to the other area
I swear I saw a vent letting o2 out into space, the only crew that moves has a full suit as well.
Chris, it's because of this channel that I'm playing/buying more indie games than Triple, Star Renegades was the last one
Something tells me -273 degree celcius isn't comfortable to travel through.
2 Stardeus videos in 6 hours? Mr. Odd you rock
Will watch as soon as I finish watching the 1/6 thing.

1 tiny bed of wheat for all, and 7 plant beds of coffee to fight over. Reminds me of the great fallout 2, and the 5,000 water chips sent there.. lol
Odd, are there a couple of vents in the top right near the particle collector that are venting oxygen into space?

Sealing up the hallways would help you have open spaces in the floors that are probably venting oxygen.
40:00 Notices how it's not taking something to haul? 39:57 it says 1 item don't have space build more storage so the move order is deleted
Maybe if you gave her the helmet to go with her spacesuit then she could leave the spawning pods and make her way through the -200° temps to the other side of the ship?
Before you travel, it seems like a good idea to collect all the debris floating around the ship
Would also take forever.
I assume Leyla doesn't go to the other area, because everything in between is freezing?
"You must construct additional pylons"...I mean build more storage.
"It is cool difference from Rimworld, that we have those robots"
Well, soon to come Biotech DLC for Rimworld will give you robots and more :D
Whooo double upload!!😎
great episode! Love this series.
You could easily put vents to the room with your computer so that heat from CPU would be used to warm the corridors.
Do the lack of floors in the hallways between enclosed rooms allow your heat and oxygen to escape where the colonists are passing out? Because outer space.
Watching you ignore the "you have vents venting to outside" help message keep popping up and you ignore the vents up the top right is hilarious.
I get the feeling you REALLY might want to research other connector types, cus your power grid is kinda NUTZ at the moment. ALSO put those BIG heaters in the hallways so the people can move about from the status pods to their living space.
But the hallways have holes (ie. no floors) where the heat (and oxygen) would presumably be escaping into outer space, I think.
@@MH-fe9hr hmmm, i think he fixed most of those. any that are left will make themselves obvious.
I'm really enjoying this game! I love it so much, looks fun. I feel like this would be cool for a livestream too! Would love to see more videos. :)
Hi! You could use the heat generated by the computer to heat some of the ship!
I'm pretty sure this is how mer brain functions, cold spots, dogs sleeping in beds, poop everywhere.
Also watching now the second youtuber play this and it seems every one have a tendency to do random stuff instead focusing on helping the colonists it's hilarious. Like why we put a oxigen generator in AI room just to vent it via frames?
Heat.
Was there ever a toilet in the first habitable area? CJ got fancy geometric floor lighting but still had to pee in a planting box

Place the teleported from the spawning area to the safe habitat
This seems to be going for a bit of a mix between rimworld and oxygen not included the even if the last one is mostly the sounds
Where's the thumbnail art from? Any links to larger versions?
I'm making it in Midjourney! If you stop by the discord I could share it with ya!
Good stuff! ^^
Hello new sub here! Your let’s plays are amazing, keep it up :)
did you tryied playing space haven?
Is the thumbnail from a game?
plug the howls please
Xcom by Elon Musk. Comments?
ctrl-c for copy, why cant you be consistent devs
interface unfamiliarity I see
so why do you have copyright rules in place
if you dont resist or actively disagree, then you agree to whatever is in place
fear toward people, huh
no, you only need to serve your own, not strangers, like me
"Baffled" So much open, available, and unused space...plays Tetris trying to cram everything into the tiniest itty bittiest spaces.
