Achieving multiple saffron harvests indoor on large scale!

Hi,
Firstly, I would like to congratulate you guys for the great work you been doing.
I recently saw how you guys have been doing multiple harvests using seeds from Southern hemisphere and I would like you ask you a couple of things please.
1. Will southern hemisphere corns always be kept inside controlled environment even during multiplication and dormancy period ?
2. If not, then once southern hemisphere flowers are harvested in northern hemisphere, can we directly soil them in open ground,
and will they continue to follow southern hemisphere climatic cycle ?
3. Since saffron is originally from Northern hemisphere and has to be acclimatized in Southern hemisphere before eventually switching its permanently,
will doing the opposite i.e. bringing southern hemisphere corns in northern hemisphere not lead to the eventual acclimatization of southern hemisphere seeds
back to northern hemisphere ?

YES 2. it's a bit more complicated as if you put them outside in the northern hemisphere the weather is not suitable 3. yes it should takes total of 2 years for full switch

we have around 10kg production on full capacity per year, we have around 500 000 investment for the farm (however our is highly automated, so you can build the same farm for way less)

it depends all farms are different, we have a huge scale farm with automation so its a bit more pricey. Kg per year depends on your corm density.
