I just ordered this off of Amazon to hook up to my Xbox series X. I do not have a computer am I going to be able to use this monitor straight out of the box?
I purchased this monitor yesterday and the first experience.. Ugly backlight bleed :( Anybody else with this experience? I'm not sure if I should return and get another one and hopefully get more lucky or just pick another model.
@@morfeus3100 I returned it and got another one which was a bit better. I then placed the screen a bit further away on my desk and also put a little lamp behind the screen which helps to reduce the visibility of the bleed and I'm overall happy now.
I'll assume TechDaily actually had it on 144Hz while filming and playing so the answer is likely the camera used and/or that this video was uploaded at 30fps. If you watch a video of EX2780Q gameplay on a video uploaded at 60fps, there is already no (perceptible) ghosting. And in person at 144fps (144Hz) there'll be even less. Watch this video from 6:20 onwards making sure one of the 60fps options for the video is enabled: ruclips.net/video/OVEbEVjaLRU/видео.html
@@customcomputerhobbyist4137 fps and response time are two seperate things. Low fps does not create ghosting. What you see in the video is his monitor producing ghosting, youtube cannot produce that.
Y do companies kepp making very confusing names?! In my oppinion is that jt is a bad strategy because people will not remember the name and they will lose money.

Is there any backlight bleed or ips glow issue in this one?
I can see a lot bad Ghost effect.... is that the camera or it is the screen ?
Its the camera I have this monitor and it doesn't have ghosting that bad

This screen is actually 750:1 contrast... It was a huge turn off for me
