    Came to Dortmund as a developing talent, left them as the world class striker we all know today. Dortmund's recruitment and business over the years is something that cannot ever be replicated by any other football club. Looking forward to how he plays in the Premier League.

    • @khosinationfantv
      @khosinationfantv 2 года назад +2

      @@neongrau3804 I am not implying that Saudi Arabia or Qatar should buy it. No, BvB could be giving Bayern Real competition if they weren't selling all their players to Bayern and other big clubs. At this point I see BvB as a development for the Europes elite. So maybe they don't even need to change the owners but perhaps the way they do things.

    • @faenwulf7540
      @faenwulf7540 2 года назад +2

      @@khosinationfantv There is nothing like classic ownership in Germany (except for a few clubs with historical boundaries and RB Leipzig). There are some Shareholders, but the 50+1-Rule in Germany provides, that the clubs hold the majority of shares and always stay in power. That is why german teams aren't much interesting for "big money investors", because they never get full control of their investment.
      Thats also why most german fans don't like RB Leipzig, because this club watered down the 50+1-Rule like no one ever did before.
      In early 2000's Dortmund tried to get in the european elite and nearly went bankrupt in 2005 and was highly in debt for years. Developing Players and selling them is like the way to go for every german club except Bayern Munich.

Immobile was never completely in system and Erling had a release clause which come into force two years later otherwise he wouldn't join the club, same now on Man City
