She shouldn't really be able to have a son that young and also conceive a second litter so early. It's supposed to take 2.5-3 years between litters before a lioness is ready and capable to birth a new litter. Is this brother adopted possibly? Or more likely, a cousin. Edit: Also I love her dark, DARK nose. Beautiful.

마웨가 더 겁이 없나 봅니다. 나쁘게 작용하면 조심성이 없어서 나중에 뱀에게 물렸나싶고 그렇네요.먹이를 사냥할때빼고는 더없이 순하고 이쁜 엄마사자같아요. 조그마한 녀석들에게 관용넘치는 엄마칼리. 가늘고 허스키한 아기사자 울음소리. 시원한 바람. 다소 앙상한 모습들이지만, 행복했던 한때로 보입니다.
쌍둥이들이 다른 성격을 가지고 있습니다. 마웨가 호기심이 많고 우페포가 조심성이 더 많습니다. 그래서인지 촬영때도 마웨가 저희에게 먼저 다가왔습니다.
우페포가 성장한 모습도 보고싶네요

일반적으로 아기 사자의 생존률이 30%정도이기에 사자 연구소는 기호로(예를 들어 J1, J2)이름을 정합니다. 저희는 영화를 위해서 처음부터 이름을 지었고 만나면 저희끼리만 불러 보지만 아기 사자들은 들을 수 없습니다
