You can tell how healthy and energetic she is in this interview.
Love her story. Pouring over the Starch Solution book. I know key is to have the right things on hand to eat, or you will reach for the wrong ones
That is correct! I was in the airport and there was a layover. I paid the price for not preparing. There were some reasonable options at the airport, and I had some almonds though. Always having bread ready helps me stay the course. I bake bread on a regular basis: 2 ingredients: whole wheat flour and yeast. I make it crunchy. I don't need salt; I've acclimated to it. Also, bananas help but not as satiating as a starch like bread. I'm eating bananas right now as I like to have some fruit daily.
It is interesting talk. Thanks 🎉❤ Maintenance is key.
GREAT STORY
Your doing so good on the diet ❤🎉🎉🎉😊
Me too, me too!
3:32 Stephanie’s BP went down to 90/60 or better? That is very low.
I heard low blood pressure is dangerous too
I heard that as long as there aren't symptoms for low blood pressure, such as lightheadedness, it's not a problem. However, I agree that treating blood pressure too low with drugs is not good, as per Dr. Mcdougall.
