Well removing the sd card while the switch is open could cause a major risk of damaging your sd card and the console it self. so its safer to turn off the switch when removing sd cards.

Thanks for your vid, but often when I install the NSP using Tinfoil, the game shows up without a graphic, its just a swirling circle and the game doesn't launch. How do I fix this?
nsp are more flexible and easy to install while xci files are files that are copied from a game card that needs to be modified first before it can be installed
I repackage my nsp files to be ticketless and not require system firmware with nscbuilder for emulation. Will these files work on a modded switch or would I need the tickets?

What folder does awoo dump the game in? Does it put it in the GAMES folder you created?

Yes, you can and you wont need to worry after the game is installed you can remove the installer from your sd card to free up space
