    Thanks for posting your hike to the tunnel. Since 2002, I've driven Hagerman Pass three times, which I consider an accomplishment for a flatlander from Ohio with no previous 4X4 experience. Because of limited mobility, we've never hiked to the tunnel entrance. I really appreciate your recording your walk, handling two (well-behaved) dogs while also filming.

      @@AliCat371 I'm always so impressed by the drive, the engineering, how rugged these people were who created these railroads over mountain passes through tunnels, through such danger. All this happening over 100 years ago without the tools that have been developed since. These truly were rugged pioneers!

    I did this hike back in 2010 when I was just 14 and it was my first ever hike in Colorado of the hundreds I've done since. There was more a lot more ice in the cave and I did this hike in July so I'm not quite sure if it's really a permanent glacier as you said in the video. Thanks for posting!
