Honestly, Currents is my cope band. Whenever I’m depressed or going through a breakup or some shit, I listen to them, and it does definitely help me feel better because the lyrics are relatable and it honestly has helped me through so much shit before. I love this band because in a way it feels like the song relates to me and stuff like that

How I Fall Apart is already on track to be number 1 three years in a row for me lol. This one doesn't surpass it imo, but I like literally every one of Currents songs more and more as time goes on
Better Days is their best work.
Currents is the only band who's actually made me weep with emotion. It is truly astounding, and quite the journey. TPIFS took me through the darkest times of my life, and made me realize I wasn't alone. I have grown very fond of these guys. It's amazing, their riffs are heavy, but I feel Currents is at their heaviest because of the weight of emotion in the body of their work.
I totally relate. My ex-fiance left me as the pandemic hit, so I went through a very dark time in 2020, and I used to spend hours walking with TPIFS on repeat. This band has gotten me through some serious mental adversity. I owe their music a lot.

@@OhrionReacts i actually have twice! I saw them open for Ice Nine Kills(Bad Omens also was on the bill!) and I was at their holiday show last year here in CT. They headlined, but had Invent Animate, Silent Planet, Phinheas, and so many bangers bro. I love these guys forever
Picture it: I’m at work doing my thing letting Spotify play me random shit and I hear “WE HAVE EXERCISED THE WILL OF PARASITES!” My coworkers asked me what was wrong not realizing I was stank facing. Been listening to currents ever since.
Currents are Soo unique. Most of songs hit me Soo hard. And I always see there lyrics, cause Brian is the best describing sentiments ,whit his passionate verbal sing.

I love these guys. After I saw them live in Seattle, I felt like I connected with them alot more. And honestly, I've been waiting for your reaction to this one. Every aspect of their whole sound just ticks every box for me in terms of what I want in a heavy band. If they keep this up, they will probably drop the AOTY imo. Another great band I've discovered thank to you, Buds! 🤘🖤

I get some weird For the Fallen Dreams vibes from several parts of this song. It's super fresh. Also the riff at 2:14 is very reminiscent of The Desperate are the Calm from Invent Animate, love it.
