John Force suffers a horrific accident in round one of eliminations at the NHRA Virginia Nationals. Force's Funny Car starts moving around before a major explosion occurs, which results in the drag racing legend making heavy contact with the wall at speeds over 300 mph.

Chutes did not deploy even after the car exploded which as a safety feature I thought they did???
