This place is one of my all time favorites. Everytime I visit in San Diego I have to go there. Been going since I was a kid. But it's been about 10 years since the last time I've had it
Dirkei I never ate the Wings n Things, but I’m pretty sure that being a family business with the founders still around nobody would dare to modify the recipe. I looove that they are different with that orange sauce, I wonder what they put in it. I have to have my fix at least once a week.
The best wings, sauces and bread sticks. I miss living in SD and when I go back to visit this is a must have!!!! Keep up the good work!! I’ve been a fan for many years, since they were just a whole in the wall. Glad to see you are thriving!
They are called Epic Wings now, they opened a new location in Mission Viejo, Avery exit on the 5, they are on Marguerite, just in case you come around. I love it, I wonder what they put in their orange sauce.
What's the sauce recipe? Also I've been a long time fan of the restaurant. Everytime I'm in town I look forward to dropping by for the tender strip combo.
I've been eating the Boneless tenderloin strips at Wings and Things in the Midway district for the past 15 or so years now. Best chicken strips in town! Get them with the mild sauce or the sweet chili or lemon pepper, once you eaten these, every other chicken strip is going to taste like frozen processed garbage! You've been warned
I miss wings n things soooooooooo much. I use to live in Rancho Bernardo but moved back to Oregon. 😢 Amazon sells a “wings n things” bottled sauce. Is it related to this company??
I moved to North Carolina and nothing here is even close. Wingstop is the best they've got as far as I can tell (which isn't terrible. But it ain't wings and things/epic wings). The Mexican food restaurants are severely lacking as well. These people don't know what they're missing. That said the barbecue here is really damn good. Have yet to find a soul food restaurant but I really want to try that too as I'm sure it's phenomenal.
