Yeah, if anything, Sonic wasn't demolished enough. Hyper scales to Blue, which scales to SSJ4. At that rate, Quasar Sonic (the Hyper counterpart to Starfall Sonic aka Super Sonic 2) might have a chance against SSJ5 or SSJ6, tops. Maybe also against MUI.

Even if we highball Hyper that way and allow for Hyper Sonic 2 based on Super Sonic 2 from Frontiers, he's on par with SSJ8 at most.
