1. 2-Wire operation is only for Start/Stop Command.
2. But Motor will run only if we raise frequency refrence by potentiometer

we can't change this type of parameters , because such parameters are only readable parameters

Check the output voltage of VFD upto motor terminal.
If voltage is ok then check the motor winding resistance. Resistance of all three phases should be same
