His ego has always boosted his self belief that the sun shines out of his ar$$. He will never retire or quit the race. He cannot & does not see his current state as he still thinks like he's mentally in his 20's or 30's. No-one wants to admit they are older and struggling, I've seen this in elderly relatives. I also wonder if he was an abusive or harsh husband and father for his family to show no regard to his well being now, when he needs their support the most. Or they are just like him, love the high life, with egos to match, and narcissistic to the core. Maybe a mix of all. As Candace Owens said with Jimmy Dore, why are all the Presidents and those that reach for that position filled with fu@k#d up broken or dysfunctional family lives?
