to help for with references, her outfit is her legend form... debuted in book 6 when the goddess Embla possesed her blood and gave her new strength. Also the staff hildskaf (i dont know the pronunciation either) was from her brave incarnation made available after the second choose your legends event where people voted for their favorite male and female heroes.

I believe the map itself is supposed to be an Aether Raids map, as around the starting points at the bottom of the map are the various structures you can use in Aether Raids Offense

Also, the song used on this map is a remix of the Book 6 map theme, Violent Strings, probably one of the best songs in Heroes

Huh, this map might be a bit soon to do at this point here, since this is technically the last bracelet emblem to be released as dlc. Mainly, because unlike the other bracelet emblems that Alear fights, Veronica is the one that outright wants to fight Alear just to have him/her, while Alear is reluctant to. In contrast, the other emblems more politely make their decision clear to fight Alear to see if they're worth aiding them (especially Soren, who takes a bit more than the others in aiding Alear, since he helps no one but Ike). As for the music here, this is a pretty great remix of "Violent Strings", a haunting and epic song introduced in the 6th book of FEH.
6:32 funny how the original dub line is more casual, and less formal and informative than the english version here. Saying since usually the english dub makes some characters' lines of dialogue be more casual and less polite than the original japanese dub.
    8:52 nice.
35:40 yeah, her sister from another world. Nice dialogue from her here too, since she eventually ended up appearing in that game too.
37:00 - 37:05 lol, Veronica responds like that while being one of the more unique dlc emblems.
40:23 perhaps indeed is better. I mean, just look at some guys and gals in some videogames and other forms of media (like Persona) where the bad guys would've won were it not for them trying to do things alone while fighting a lot of heroes at the same time (well, that is if the protagonist isn't broken as hell... Who even may be broken because of having said friendships and mutually benefiting partnerships).
As for Veronica, she is quite indeed an unique emblem. Mainly, she has her her pre-character development personality while having her Book 6 outfit, a point where she was an antagonist not anymore because she wanted, but because she was forced to, she may be the least morally good out of all the usable emblem characters (arguably even more so than Soren, who at least doesn't want to fight you without your consent), and basically being the main rep of FEH, a game that wasn't represented by any emblem in the base Fire Emblem Engage game (not counting the extra bond rings from the FEH hero trio). At the very least she has what I would say one of, if not, the coolest gimmicks out of all emblems.

I thought about that, but wanting to space out the Divine Paralogues so I'd do two before Chapter 10, noticing Veronica has "Dance" and Fortify+, and that she only has unique conversations with Alear and Anna instead of other Emblems, I thought doing hers second would be fitting. At this rate, Camilla's will be last after I grab Corrin.

    Veronica: Rina Hidaka
With my limited knowledge of Fire Emblem Heroes, Veronica is the only Emblem that was an outright antagonistic at the time of introduction.

I was thinking the same, and I imagine she turned good at some point in the story. Camilla could be similar?

@@Hawlo in Book VI, yes. Camilla was only really an antagonist on the Non Conquest routes. With her Paralogue being based on her chapter fight in Birthright (the final one in Nohr).
But Camilla was never downright evil though.

@TheJaredPunch it's also weird because they use her Book 6 design but I'm pretty sure she's characterized how she was from the earlier books? Veronica I mean

@@unova1995 out of all of the Emblems I’m analyzing for my Alear analysis, Veronica is going to be the most difficult to pinpoint her character and her similarities to Alear.
She is portrayed as her early self in her Paralogue, her bond conversation onwards are her progressing to be more towards her Book VI counterpart.
