I think it's better with angel V4 + lei. Shark only makes you invincible for a little but angel and lei can make it seem you have not taken damage

Damage breakdown
-30 mil bounty buff (increases every 500k bounty bellow 5mil and increases every 1 mil after 5 mil) which is 22.6% damage buff and 35% damage reduction
-600 mastery on both sanguine art and spikey trident (the higher the mas, the greater the damage) at 600 mas you will gain approximately +400 damage
-Race V4 buffs damage by 10% aswell
-Ghoul V3 ability gives 5% additional damage
Base spikey trident damage = 2600
Max mastery damage: 2600+400 = 3000
3000 × (22.6%+10%+5%)
3000 × 27.6% = 828
Since it's damage buff:
3000 + 828 = 3828
If you set playback speed at 0.25 , you can see that spikey trident X did ≈ 3828 damage at 0:15 and since he used other moves the damage is natural and there were no hacks nor scripts involved
