Y’all it does work all you gotta do is show proof that you did purchase it by clicking on that red message 0:02 and it’ll take you to a google form which you need to show a picture of the Fresh receipt with the card purchase including the store name than submit it. They will review it but it’ll take about 2-3 days max, than you’ll see that gift card money has been transferred into your account. Hopefully that helps, I suck at explaining but I tried I mostly speak Spanish

That tells me I enter the correct code. Or it would've never acknowledge by asking me to "confirm" that value linked to that ($10 to $200) card. Bottom line they're thieves, and they invade OUR privacy. I'll never use any of their services again - lesson learned.
No bro it works i literally solved it, they have a whole guide on there page that literally walks you through it, all you gotta do is verify that it is you that purchased it not some other dude. Throughout the process it will be reviewed in about 2-3 days, you’ll see that the money has been transferred including getting a message sent to ur email saying you’ve received it
It is ridiculous on how the whole process of redeeming the gift card but it does work trust me you basically have to fill out a form if they ask for more info about the card, the form will include you having to take a picture of the cards back code and the receipt showing the gift card amount and the store it was purchased in. Once submitted it’s all about playing the patient game. 2-3 days they’ll review the form and see if it’s all correct. from there you’ll see that ur gift card balance has been transferred into your account 😊

Then they came back and said there is an inconsistency in my account. This is the account I have had for 18 years. Even talking to a person on chat they refuse to help. There is absolutely nothing else I can do to prove the gift cards. I'm actually surprised this hasn't become a class action lawsuit by now. It's a complete scam.
