Definitely a fan of no burbles and pops. The problem with that is it’s always excessive and gets old fast. The stock burbles and pops on a non-OPF is perfect, just enough. But from a tune, just is overkill. Perhaps a custom tune could dial it low enough for some middle ground, but your POV showed how good it can sound just exhaust note only.

you will not regret the move from a 335 to the RS3. I had a 335 and thought it was fast until I got the RS3, granted it has a stage 2 flex tune but still, so much better.

I was ECC stage 2 ECU & TCU with the burble tune as well, and it was waaaaay too much. got old quick lol. miss that car so much. sold it to get the new 8Y RS3, then Audi axed it in Canada. was absolutely deviated 😫
Do you still get the occasional pop on downshifts even tho you have tuned them out? I remember my stock 2019 would give me the occasional pop even when audi tuned them out from years 2019+

Is this still with the catless downpipe and AWE exhaust with valves permanently open? Do you know if the tone is the same with the valves close but just quieter?

Know that Feeling m8 got a f32 435i catless straight pipe and its super quiet

Yes. Still have the exhaust and Downpipe. The valve closed sounds really similar to stock
