2000 was a bad year for many Wrestlers who were trying to stay active in both Indies & Big League Wrestling but mostly WCW Wrestlers. WWAS was supposed to be the next big league wrestling promotion but sadly was doomed to fail from the start
There were a lot of companies that formed around that period trying to capitalise on the fall of WCW and to fill that missing void. With the exception of Ring Of Honor & TNA most of those companies either remained small independents or died.
@@JDXWrestling That is true. TNA wouldnt have been a Major Wrestling League if it wasnt for the NWA, they got lucky & when ROH first started it reminded me of the AWA. Still I liked WWAS & wanted to see it go forward.

@@senorbusyman had their schedule been more consistent they may have had a better chance but its as you said they were doomed from the start
