If I had to only live with three DRF movies for the rest of my life, Blood and Tears will definitely be in the top three. It's a debate between me and my homeboys who like DRF whether this or Veteranos was a better film and in my opinion they both get the Medalla de Oro in my opinion. This was a very powerful story. Once again the messages throughout your movies is about karma, the dangers of the gang life, and how your actions can impact other people. I used to rent the heck out of this film back in the day at Blockbuster. This is truly a urban gem. It's an honor to be a fan of DRF. All the actors in this film were great!! Much love and respect to DRF!!

Everyone I know has seen all the Chicano classics including American Me, Blood In Blood Out, Mi Vida Loca, Veteranos, Blood And Tears, etc. Movies are movies man, nobody owns the right to dictate what anyone else can or can't watch.
