Love hearing about being a PMHNP. You started to say you started at an ADD but didn't end up saying why you didn't like it. I haven't started clinicals yet, but I would love to hear how it went for you. How many rotations did you do? I am assuming you were just shadowing at the first, and basically providing all the care by the last rotation? You said you still kept your regular nusing position too? I have been watching all your old videos as well. If you are comfortable sharing, I would love to hear more about school, finding a peceptorship, clinical rotation, and all about your work now. Thanks so much for all the info/videos!
i did my hours at outpatient psych clinics! one of my preceptors gave me a lot of freedom to essentially run all the appointments and then we would go over my proposed treatment plan together after the appointment! i feel that's where most of my training came from
