Will the Dowsil 995 structural sealant adhere to a vinyl frame house window? I had some 3M security film installed on the inside of the window and would like to attach it better to the frame, but not sure if the Dowsil 995 will work with vinyl frame windows.

995 can stick to vinyl but without testing it cannot be said for certainty for your exact situation - however, to the best of our recollection, 995 was used in conjunction with 3M security films at one point. It may be wise to caulk a bit of the surface area and perform a pull test to see if the adhesive anchors well to the vinyl. Good luck!
