I attended the ATL conference in 2022 looking for a spark before my first AEP after 2 months in the Medicare space, and it was ignited and I closed 127 policies during my first AEP! Watching Shawn speak is exactly what I needed after a couple weeks off and looking into the OEP opportunities. The freedom of this career is a blessing but can be a curse sometimes. Im just getting started in this industry but getting licensed is so hard i was never one to study but at least now i see why its important cant wait to pass and get licensed
What I did is complete my training course and at the end there’s a practice test I took that like 30 times perfecting it over and over again and it’s very similar to the state exam

@@JohnSmith-ul2ce They’re not an employer. They do not have employees, they have contractors. They sell garbage leads over and over and over again for money, so you have to call 500 people a day just to get one or two appointments with someone. It’s slave labor

FFL has questionable business practices especially pertaining to giving agents who have never written any business a release! Corinne who works for Sean, claims they're not inclined to give out releases. With that practice, that impedes an agent's ability to move on in their career. They're held hostage! Is a terrible business practice. Why not keep a good name for yourself and simply give releases out when they do not owe any money. If you are asking my opinion; don't do it unless you want to be a prisoner! Let's say that you decided after being with them for a while that you wanted to switch IMO's, well, you won't be able to. REGARDLESS of any promises of no contracts. Yeah right; no contracts. That is a joke because it's there whether you sign anything or not!
Are you joking? Did you not read that post? Join if you want to be a prisoner, have low commissions along with being treated like an employee. If you plan to be an employee then that's fine, but if you are a contractor then you probably would rather get treated like a contractor. You don't have to take mine or anyone else's word for any of this however, you can certainly do more research for yourself and sooner than later you will find consistent info to help you make a more educated decision!

This is the easiest business to rip you off if you are an agent. Do your research, this is a very bad company to work with. They make money off selling you leads along with bonus when you sell a plan. They don’t have to payback chargebacks but you payback 100% of your commission which happens 35% of the time.
