    A world tour of BBQ goodness right here brother! I recently went out to a great Ethiopian restaurant out here and left there inspired. So many great spices going on, not unlike the rub you just whipped up here. Nice seeing the PBC in action! Cheers man...     Have you tried the hanging method for any of your meats in the Pit Barrel? I love hanging ribs in mine. I usually hang them, then finish them on the grate with a glaze.

    I think American BBQ is one of those foods that just won't go out of trend. I mean here in the UK burger joints are on every street corner, and honestly i'm getting tired of it. i love a good burger just as much as anyone, but it's getting too much. Now BBQ is a whole different game, because it has so much variety in itself, BBQ pork, beef ribs, turkey, sausage links, i've seen hickory bbq fish, veg dishes, mac n cheese, baked potatoes. So much yum. Thanks for making me hungry man! ;P

    Fantastic recipe! Char-grilled yams as a side, maybe. Yucca root or plantains perhaps. Bringing the world together is a daunting task. 👍

    I really love your cooking! I have a greek style charcoal spit that we use for our regular barbeques but it dosen't have a lid, would you think these would work nice on there? Cooking time would vary yes? The spit bbq has charcoal in bottom and then a wire rack that goes over the top of coals.. Hope you can help :) Cheers from Australia :) I'd love to see some Christmas ideas soon, we're home for Christmas and would love to do something on the spit.

      Kwirkle Ness many pits don't have a lid but that heat source needs to be quite far from the ribs. You don't wanna roast em, slow cook em

    Those ribs look great. I use the 3-2-1 method on my ribs - I think I'll try this recipe doing that. It's salmon, salmon, salmon over here - how about candy salmon, cedar plank salmon, you can broil 'em, you can fry 'em, you can bake 'em, you can smoke 'em... etc.
