Sorghum Sudangrass: Kinnard Farms

Due to back-to-back wet years in 2018 and 2019, Kinnard Farms had a field that was in rough shape after harvest and given the heavy rains in the spring, they were unable to get in and plant their corn. Instead of letting the field sit bare for the rest of 2019, they decided to plant sorghum sudangrass as a way to bring the field back to life and to get forage for their heifers and dry cows.
