    Welcome to the first step of your journey towards true prosperity with God. With this eBook, like many, you are in search of something more. Perhaps you feel there is a gap in your life, an empty space that not even money, success, or interpersonal relationships can fill. And you have probably realized that the answer might lie in something deeper, something spiritual.
    The concept of prosperity is often misunderstood. In a society focused on material gains, it's easy to confuse prosperity with financial wealth. However, true prosperity goes far beyond material goods. It involves a life rich in values, meaning, and purpose. And, for many, this is intrinsically linked to a deep and enriching relationship with God.

    His mother, Rahab is my favorite biblical woman. She, a cannanite woman, trusted the Hebrew men and their God, and she earned redemption in the process. She, a pagan woman, through her faith and trust, earned herself a place in the bloodline of our messiah. Of course, Boaz would be faithful, too.

      Rahab is truly a fascinating figure in the Bible, a woman of remarkable faith and a powerful demonstration of God’s transforming power. Here’s a concise answer:
      Rahab is an inspiring example of faith and redemption in the Bible. As a Canaanite woman, her trust in God and the Hebrew spies led to her own redemption and the privilege of being included in the lineage of the Messiah. His story reminds us that God values faith and the willingness to trust Him, regardless of our past or origin. Boaz also demonstrated fidelity, and together, Rahab and Boaz are a beautiful witness to God’s redemptive plan.

    Ruth was mentored by her Jewish mother inlaw about the awesome God of Israel,.. and I'd like to put it this way,.. that as gentiles we should glean in the field of Israel to really understand this God they they worshiped

    • @PathsofUnderstanding
      @PathsofUnderstanding  9 месяцев назад +1

      The comment about Ruth being guided by her "Jewish mother" and the idea that Gentiles must "reap in the field of Israel to truly understand this God they worshiped" brings a rich and symbolic interpretation of the story of Ruth, found in the Hebrew Bible/Old Testament. However, there are some details that can be clarified for more accurate understanding.
      Relationship between Ruth and Naomi: In the biblical story, Ruth is not Naomi's biological daughter. Naomi is actually her mother-in-law. Ruth was a Moabite, meaning she was not initially part of the people of Israel. After the death of her husband, who was Naomi's son, Ruth chooses to stay with Naomi and accompany her back to Bethlehem in Judah. It's important to note that Ruth's commitment to Naomi and Naomi's God is a deeply emotional and spiritual personal decision that Ruth makes, as seen in her famous words: "Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay. Your people will be my people and your God my God" (Ruth 1:16).
      Reaping in the field of Israel: This comment symbolizes the act of Ruth gleaning ears of barley in the fields of Boaz, a relative of Naomi, which not only provides physical sustenance for her and Naomi but also leads to her eventual marriage to Boaz. This act can be symbolically interpreted as the adoption of faith in God by someone from outside (a Gentile) and the recognition of the spiritual wealth found in the tradition and faith of Israel.
      Learning about God through Israel: The comment suggests that, just as Ruth came to know and adopt the faith in the God of Israel through her relationship with Naomi and her experience in Israel, there is a lesson for Gentiles about the importance of engaging with the Jewish faith and traditions to more deeply understand the character of God as revealed to the people of Israel. This speaks to the biblical theme of the inclusion of Gentiles in God's plan, a theme that is further developed in the New Testament, especially through the teachings and ministry of Jesus Christ and the apostles.
      The story of Ruth is often celebrated for its demonstration of loyalty, love, and faith, and how God uses her actions to bring blessings not only to her and Naomi but also to future generations, as Ruth becomes the great-grandmother of King David, placing her in the genealogical lineage of Jesus Christ. Thus, the story of Ruth resonates with themes of redemption, divine providence, and inclusion, highlighting how faith and devotion to God can transcend cultural and ethnic boundaries.

    Was Ruth a priestess in the temple of molech and secondly the daughter of the king of Moab?

    • @PathsofUnderstanding
      @PathsofUnderstanding  9 месяцев назад +1

      Thank you for your question. Ruth was not a priestess in the temple of Molech, nor was she the daughter of the king of Moab. The Bible provides us with the genealogy and background of Ruth in the book of Ruth, where she is described as a Moabite woman who became the great-grandmother of King David. She is celebrated for her loyalty and faithfulness to God, as demonstrated in her devotion to her mother-in-law Naomi and her acceptance of the God of Israel. We encourage you to explore the book of Ruth for a deeper understanding of her story. 📖

    the earth ís flat plane, not a spinning ball. there is no "outer space".
    "For the pillars of the earth are the Lord's; he has set the circle of the earth upon them." - 1. Book of Samuel 2:8 - Bible 1933/1938

    • @PathsofUnderstanding
      @PathsofUnderstanding  9 месяцев назад

      Thank you for sharing your perspective. The Bible uses poetic language and imagery to convey truths, and it's important to interpret verses in their proper context. While the Bible does describe the earth in various ways, including using phrases like "circle of the earth" in Isaiah 40:22, it does not provide a detailed scientific description of the earth's shape. As Christians, we believe in seeking truth and understanding, both from the Bible and from the world around us. In Proverbs 8:27, it says, "I was there when he set the heavens in place, when he marked out the horizon on the face of the deep." This verse suggests an understanding of the earth's spherical shape. We encourage you to explore various perspectives and seek wisdom in discerning truth. Thank you for engaging in discussion! 🌎📖
