This was a very informative video, i seem to have the same condition, pincer impingement i guess, as i have groin pain when i pull my leg up to the chest and also when stretched exteriorly. I also had l5-s1 bulge which is now gone thanks to the lower back strengthening exercises that i did, could u please tell me if pincer impingement is something I should worry about? Because it tends to pain when i think about it alot, i have no issues in basic movements but i feel like stretching my leg so much everytime it feels relieving.
I did 1:47 timing test and I had severe pain in left testicle , when I pull my leg towards chest I feel severe pain inside groin, I had been taking pain killers over a month for lower back upper side left hip .... Can you give advice ?
@@asteven5308 it all started back in June 2020 a severe testicle pain lasted for 3 months , and one fine day all of a sudden I got electric like pain in my lower left side and the testicle pain was gone forever , since oct 2020 till today Dec 2021 I never felt it again, but the lower left hip pain continued for so long and also made my life miserable , I did my dexa scan found I was developing osteoporosis in my hip and lower back, so I started working on my diet, I also had severe vitamin D deficiency which I worked along with 10 other vitamins , and now I am in much better condition .
@@Diecastcars84 jeez bro as long as u got it back on track! I've been suffering from sciatica like symptoms for a while now *mainly lower leg calf pain* but now I'm having hip pain and groin but it's gone this morning. It's so aggravating. How old are u to develop osteoporosis? Glad u got it on track brother and especially without surgery!!
@@asteven5308 I started multivitamins intake everyday , calcium, and vitamin d levels are utmost important for bone health, u have to stop consuming sugar , and have to leave alcohol , smoking and sugary drinks , beside u have to start cooking in milk butter and stop using conola or virgin oils they don't help ur bones at all, beside u have to start 3 km wall everyday and keep yourself mobile otherwise this hip pain is the worst feeling one has to live with
FADIR test is the first (Flexion Adduction, Internal Rotation), and the other is Quadrant. Some of this info was misleading though - these tests are only good to exclude impingement if they produce a negative result. If positive this could indicate the issue could be any of many conditions, of which impingement is one.

Some key words, you are mumbling only once, I am unable to hear correctly. Quader test?
Is it Fobir test? you are not very clear.
@@Mahadevan760 Think its 'fadirs' test
