You can't overcome two key drops in the second quarter to kill a drive-and still could have pulled it off if not for a tacky call on Sow You can't overcome an inept coach who puts his #1 corner on the oppositions #2 WR and stays with that while the #1 WR wreaks havoc. You can't overcome a DC who sends all out blitz's when you don't have a great pass rush and the other team has a very good veteran QB and two great receivers. You can't overcome your WR running the wrong route at the end of the game and being nowhere near where he's supposed to be.

A lot of people said the same thing about Dan campbell in his first two seasons. This is a rebuild. I can’t blame anyone until they actually get all the pieces together. You can’t judge Mayo on the first season give him at least two full seasons before you judge him.
Giving it to Rhamondre to run for nothing over and over again attacking the goal line is coaching to lose, playing a lot of zone with a defense that is slow, soft and lazy is coaching to lose.

We can’t run it back with Pop, Boutte, Polk, Baker, and Bourne as our 5 receivers. Get a new receivers room or ship Eliot Wolf into the sun.
