Hi, I found it's quite true to size. My natural waist is about 28" (29" after a full meal 😂) I went with size small, it fits just right (slightly on the tight side, but still comfortable) The flat measurement of the waist is about 13.5" (for size S). Hope these info helps🥰

@@andieatacska6280 Hi! I actually waited to reply you after I washed my skirt😊 It looks good after machine wash at delicate mode low temperature (I also put it in a mesh bag). When hanging it to dry, I just need to flatten the pleats. The pleats will look like new if given a gentle steam press 🥰
