Beautiful teaching. Dear Brother Phap Huu, you have now become an excellent teacher. We see Thay in you. You’re getting better and better with each teaching session. We follow you on podcasts and your dharma teachings. You have grown gracefully. Your parents and your sangha must be so proud of you.
Thank you so much for sharing wonderful dharma teaching, we’re so grateful. 🙏

    Dear friends, Sangha, and Thay.
I would like you share something if it okay with you. I hade made myself a n evening meal and realised that I wished to eat it while watching something on RUclips as opposed to eating silently during a session of mindful eating.
I bring my food to my desk, find this video, and decide that it would be nice to watch this video while I eat. By no means would I watch the whole video in one sitting, but I liked the idea of watching some of this talk I enjoyed my meal.
So there I am. I press play, and I watch/eat while Br. Phap Huu begins the talk with some mindful silence and grounding. The minutes go by, and I find myself thinking "I'll be done by the time he begins." Followed by a swift inner reply saying "That's okay. Let's just enjoy his presence for some time. It's as good as any other video experience." Before long, I'm sitting in a pleasant, satisfied silence with him while I eat my dinner. And then I realize that I had actually had the video paused for at least two minutes!
I laughed to myself as I finished my final bite. But then another thought hit me. I realized that I had just shared a peaceful meal time with Br. Phap Huu's presence, and that very presence emanated from an unsuspecting source, a still picture. Despite the video not playing, I still felt the benefit of this video.
And I wanted to share that with the Sangha because it struck me as a rather beautiful moment, despite it's underlying jovial silliness.
I didn't need to see Brother Phap Huu moving to know that he was there... Perhaps in the same way that I can feel and experience Thay's continuation even though I will never physical meet the man... Hmm!
I am grateful for all who read this comment, and I am grateful to the team for allowing me this platform.
    Go well, friends.
    Paul. K.
P.S. It was boiled eggs with rice, just in case you were wondering!

    Respected Teacher and Brother
    I have a question:
I really feel so blessed whenever I hear your videos. Thank you for sharing.
What to do when you feel so hurt , feel like how someone close like own mom and real brother can find happiness to see you down . My own mom and brother feel satisfied when they see they are in much better place than me ( I am their daughter and sister)
How they can think like this.
If you talk about right view then tell me how to think right way when they think like this. I grew with them and feel so hurt when I smelll this behavior of them like this. Please let me know how to make myself strong and keep myself happy without them.

      Dear love one…
Here’s what I do when I feel hurt… Take a few deep breaths…acknowledge that im having a sad, lonely, angry, or a hurtful feeling. Embrace it like this feeling is my child, hug them and let them go. Don’t push it away, don’t hold on to it. Feelings always come and go in every minutes… lots of times we think that people look down on us and not respecting us but most of the times they don’t - it’s our own thinking make us feel that ways… not thinking the right way sometimes make us feel bad so be mindful of our thinking too. Plum village has lots of video talks about this subject. The right thinking… this is my humble experience.
