I'm about to enter my first competition this weekend and am an excited, nervous mess. Thanks for the tips -especially the one regarding timing when conditions are optimal! I was intending to use a single shot loader and now think I may need to switch to mags.
I'd just like to post an update saying that I owe a huge amount to the tips contained in this video regarding getting your timing right (and using mags), resulting in a great result on my first ever competition over the weekend beyond my wildest expectations (silver for 50m unlimited in an inter-club tournament). I fully recognise there was good luck involved but will keep at it. Thank you so much my friend, I'm over the moon!
A legend in his own back garden, love it!
You made me smile from my covid bed. On the mend new video at the weekend!
@@airabilityuk Get yourself well and very soon.
Welcome to a world of fun, and the making of lifelong friends.

@brostelio well done :-)
Great shooting, shooting in the wind is no easy thing.
Respect !!!
I'm new for shooting and have a question. Is there only 25 yard benchrest in the UK or longer distances as well using FAC air rifles?
50m FAC.
@@airabilityuk thx for prompt reply;)
Good videos thanks- is it possible to use a .177 BSA R10TH rat worked for benchrest comps to get a better feel for it ?
Join the Benchrest UK Facebook group. Great people and lots of advice freely given. I can’t see why your BSA would not be ok :-)
@@airabilityuk thanks for the information
