Chelsea, for me the golden statement on this video came right at the end when you said that the pain of doing the needed actions for success is less than the pain of staying where you are! This is such a powerful truth! For example, I may feel reluctant to do my dumbell and stretching exercises this morning. I am just not in the mood. But I force myself to do them because they are part of my weight-loss campaign. If I continue doing the necessary things for the next year, I will make a lot of progress. There will be many times throughout the year when doing them will be inconvenient and 'painful'. BUT the pain of staying where I am, and the prospect of being the same in a year's time as I am today is far more painful. And happily, there will be more satisfying days than painful ones as I make progress.

It’s funny that you sometimes question your videos and don’t think they are very good when making them because I have actually thought after watching most of your videos, how much of a natural you are at speaking to the camera and breaking things down so they are understandable and relatable.
I'm really happy you're going to be posting on RUclips weekly. I've really enjoyed all of the videos I've seen of yours, especially on prepping ingredients and throwing together salads that I want to eat. I came from a household where salad was iceberg lettuce, grated carrot, sliced tomato and cucumber and French salad dressing from a bottle. No deviation, ever!! Now I love my salads that I throw everything in to. And adding beans and starchy vegetables have been a game changer on keeping me satisfied afterwards. Good on you Chelsea ... and great idea to use your joint funds to get your hubby motivated to harass you to keep doing those uploads x

One habit that I have recently started is to get dressed as soon as I wake up. I tend to be more productive if I’m dressed. If I sit in My sweats all day I don’t get much done. I like the chart idea.

This was such a timely episode, as I am currently putting in place habits and systems to help me lose weight and get back to my previous fitness levels. I am on day 5 of moving my body every day which is not easy as I have Fibromyalgia, but I have found a bunch of exercises, training hacks etc that will allow me to move my body no matter what pain, fatigue or weird symptoms my fibro throws at me. I love your videos and find them a huge source of inspiration and motivation 💖😁

Good luck, I hope you see great results with the changes you're making. RUclips can be a fickle thing. If a goal is to have YT videos do better, there are factors out of anyone's control. YT has to push it out into the YTverse so new people can discover it. Sometimes this never happens, no matter how much a person uploads. I've noticed creators who have a massive subscriber count only get a fraction of views even uploading twice a week consistently. YT is such a big pond now.

You're step by step info, what you ate today. I'm a big fan of grocery haul videos, I don't know why since I do the majority of the shopping for my home.😂 I'm looking forward to weekly videos.
Chelsea, You said you needed some ideas. I think that you are awesome at assessing challenges, knowing what needs to change, putting something new into practice and reviewing what you've done to see if it is working. Videos on tackling maybe one common difficulty per video might be really awesome. Like when you're out with friends and you're trying to get your veg in. Or someone brings a big supply of cupcakes to you. Or at work when there's a pot luck. Making sure you plan for a grocery shopping trip perhaps c a couple times a week. Or making sure you have 14 pounds of vegetables in the house for you and your husband so you can eat 1 pound a day. Etc. I seem to have the toughest time with the logistics. But that seems to be your strength. Love your videos and always look for them. You're real world. I appreciate that.
Love your videos! I have incorporated many of your recipes into my menu rotation. LOVE THE DAHL! Please make a video on addressing snacks. I’m having a horrible time selecting and downsizing snacks. I eat great all day and then have trouble after supper in the evenings. I always am looking for something chewy or crunchy. Please help.

So excited to see where this goal gets you in 12 months! There is so much wisdom that you'll uncover from building a bank of 52 videos this year, whether each one is "good enough" or not. As you said: it doesn't have to be perfect, it just has to be done. I'm a Kiwi living in Asia and watching your videos really feels like hanging out at an aunt's or older sister's place. Nick being fully on board to hear exactly what it is you need from him and committing to it reminds me of my husband, and even when my plans seem super bizarre, someone in your corner saying "yep! I can be that for you" is super comforting. You're already a "RUclipsr" to us!

So excited to see where this goal gets you in 12 months! There is so much wisdom that you'll uncover from building a bank of 52 videos this year, whether each one is "good enough" or not. As you said: it doesn't have to be perfect, it just has to be done. I'm a Kiwi living in Asia and watching your videos really feels like hanging out at an aunt's or older sister's place. Nick being fully on board to hear exactly what it is you need from him and committing to it reminds me of my husband, and even when my plans seem super bizarre, someone in your corner saying "yep! I can be that for you" is super comforting.

I know James Clear and others documented the aspects of habit formation, but I feel there is a WORLD of exciting potential out there for you -- business growth, growth in reach, influence in other fields, etc -- (and for us) because of the way you're showing how to apply it in very practical ways. Good ideas here but actually sounds more like you should switch from RUclips as you don't enjoy it enough to make it such a big part of your life.
I just fundamentally don’t believe that because I don’t love something now, doesn’t mean it’s not worth while to do.
I am 1000% behind the idea of becoming someone who can help people better by being better and more consistent on RUclips, and whether I enjoy it or not isn’t a factor.
