Actually, London is not far from Farnham; it's 50 minutes away from Clapham Junction in London by train. And yes, there aren't enough jobs in Farnham. I used to live near Clapham Junction in London, so it was easy for me to commute. Also, I saved money from my job to pay for my accommodation fees. I would recommend living in London near the university.
