Wasn't it said in canon that Insanity actually does just attack anyone he sees? if so, sorta makes this really accurate. also you can just TELL Murder and Insanity got some beef in this one. they gonna kill eachother for sure.

*I quite liked the Sprite, Music and Creativity Style. You did a good job. I follow closely.*
I loved how you did it in Canon-Insanity!Sans style. It's pretty cool that he attacks every living creature he sees. This design makes me happy, it means that now both the trio and the player are in danger. It really makes sense that Murder!Sans is angry. It makes sense for him to attack others instead of teaming up. Also, according to the expression on his face, I think he's fighting Murder!Sans Insanity!Sans. Because on the other side the player will stay and Killer!Sans and Old-DD!Sans will take care of it. Horror!Sans what a shame for, his spine dislocation made him completely ineffective. Insanity!Sans has a slightly low win rate (others aren't that important because of Killer!Sans). ❤

What is going on?
At the end of phase 1 insanity arrived and started attacking the quartet, he ended up snapping horror's spine (not killing him but leaving him in a useless state) after that insanity started attacking both the trio and the human
Basically instead of a 4v1 its a 3v1v1
The changes of positions are done to symbolise who is focusing on who.
