Awesome! That is great! Do you have different recipes or do you have a go-to recipe? I would say my likeness of the aeropress has changed... my video this coming Sunday will show that.
@everyday-beans lately I have been playing around with a really fast brew. 18 grams - 200 grams. It's ground pretty fine. It's the same setting I use for the flair pro 2. I pour the water in as fast as I can, stir like crazy until 20 seconds, let it sit until 35 seconds and plunge slowly. It usually ends about 1:15 or so. It works with other ratios too. Oh, I'm also using the fellow prismo.
@@optimisticpessimist. those are alot of times the best way to come up with recipes, just playing. I liked it. I've been liking the aeropress mainly for light roast. I tried it at a v60 grind and it was okay. but then tried the espresso like grind, like you mentioned and it came alive alot more. I did mine at 180 degrees. will play around with it some more. it may give me a different appreciation for it with medium or dark roast.
I love the aeropress. I use it almost daily

That is quite different. I will try it tomorrow and see how it goes. I’m curious to see what it brings out in my current coffees!
@everyday-beans i was just screwing around and wanted to see what would happen. I was surprised how good it was.
