It's nice you show the little things like someone forgetting their binos, things like that are thing's us humble commoners of the hunting world can relate to. Gr8 video guys!
That blanket was awesome, and great job on the kudos for his service. I was in over 22 years, deployed to Afghanistan once for 15 months, once for 12. Once to Iraq for 12. Seen three different Duty Uniforms, two different Physical training uniforms, and two Dress Uniforms change out in my time. Don’t regret it though.
Martin is a gun on the field glasses; his success rate for spotting game is always up there, and that's secondary to his primary role to film the hunt!
Sitting in traffic earlier in the SL area and seen a guy in a blue dodge with a hush sticker, gladly let him slide right in and gave him a huge thumbs up (he didn't notice though, lol) Wish I could represent in my big rig but company policy won't allow it. Looking forward to tomorrow.
Get in shape now. I'm older but the terrain is just big. The first time I was ever afraid that I couldn't make it back was in Idaho. It is a gorgeous state with some of the nicest people I've ever met.
Chris Buckley yeah I’m older too but only live once. Lol I live in Ohio and have always wanted to hunt out west and next year I’m finally going to do it!
@@Team.Syme. You won't regret it. Give yourself time to enjoy. It is a beautiful state. Get schooled on quartering out/ deboning your deer if not already. I grew up dragging deer to the pick up. Those deer are big. Dragging a deer up a hill which I could barely walk up wasn't an option. Shout out to the the two younger dudes who dragged my first four point up the hill for me two years ago.
Chris Buckley lol yeah I’ve been watching and reading as much as I can. Spent 3 hours on gohunt yesterday looking at which units to hunt. Very excited for a new adventure
Personally speaking, you don’t have to have as tall of a tripod and on uneven terrain there is more forgiveness when it comes to odd positions. Also allows you to turn the optics left or right and glass perpendicular to yourself.

@@Team.Syme. My best advise is "hunt where the deer are." Best of luck:)
Love your videos guys! Keep up the good work! Want a mule deer with my bow so bad! What’s a good OTC state? For mule deer? Thanks in advance!
where did you get the cover for your spotting scope I have looked all over and the only thing I find is the bag covers from vortex
Was hoping you could share what pack you are using? Awesome videos!
Zachary Angelo they use exo mtn packs. They are awesome.
When is the North Dakota hunt coming?
What tripod are you using?
Why do you prefer angled spotting scopes?

What unit was this?
Great videos! Question about those trekking poles. Do they make a huge difference going up and down steep terrain? Other than stability?
Yes, treking poles make a huge difference. It's like having 4wheel drive
@@stickslingers216 awesome! I better pick up a pair!
We're at in Idaho and what unit
Noice 👌
In the church wilderness, nice

You should give away a bow or sum
Looks like the Frank Church?
I am huge Hush fan , but I kind of dont like the 1 minute intro. Am I the only one that skips it or ?
Tell Martin to stop breathing so loud 😂
Nothing like being a negative in a very positive setting dude nothing
