We are using Nexon EV Max, a long range car. We also drove Punch EV. Everyone in my family prefers to drive only EVs. Cars with IC engines cannot beat its performance. We drive ic cars only when we need to travel long distances.

But after a detailed discussion and long ride in the car, I have no doubt in saying that EV would be the next transformation in the car industry.
Long range Tata Punch is excellent Electric car. Charge it at home then drive 260 Km in just 90 pise per Km fearlessly. For more than 260 Km use public charger, it costs Rs 3.60 per Km. Install 6 Kw On-grid solar system at home that can charge your car for free of cost through net metering. Puncture repair kit is provided in Punch Ev in place of spare wheel. This is only a drawback. Still I recommend to purchase this car, you will really enjoy its excellent pleasure. Costomers are also waiting for ADAS feature in Tata cars.
Sir, we have bought Punch EV 3 months back. Day by day, the range (with AC on) increased from 250 to 300km (with energy efficiency 110-120). We live in north India and during extreme hot weather (40 degree+), the range decreased to 200-210, and energy efficiency increased to 160 (shocking). The climate system is consuming more battery (what I have observed!). Means, range has now decreased from 300 km to 200-220 km, i.e. more than 80-90 kms, which is a big figure! On the other hand, my driving behavior has improved from 7 to 8 (so range should increase, right ?). My daily kilometer calculations are being disturbed and now I am charging my car 3 more days in a month (consuming more electricity). This reduced range issue is also with one of my known, who is also using same PUNCH EV car. One thing more, this issue is not with my friend's Nexon EV, as it's range is reduced by 30-40 km only (during peak summers). Sir, I have approached Tata, but their response is not satisfactory. I have also shared my driving behavior figures, range display screenshots with them. What to do, please help!!
1 to 2 kilometres per kilowatt is normal on hot summer days...this season we have faced extremely hot weather 52.3 centigrade which gives adverse efficiency effects on batteries and motor..as now weather going little bit better...hope you are noticing in range too. Don't forget to share your views it helps me to understand real time data, I last drove punch.ev 20 days ago...on those days it giving 240 to 250kms per charge with 2 on board.

Whereas, Nexon EV range is not that much decreased !! Despite assembling punch EV on New Act.EV platform, it is giving much lesser range than Nexon ev (during peak summers) Further, another issue I am facing is that my punch EV AC is not that strong. Its cooling mechanism doesn't work consistently!! Thought there are many positives in the car that I can discuss later, so, for now through you, I request Tata company to immediately work on this issue seriously!
I recently had the opportunity to drive my Tata Punch EV (LR) on 2500 kms trip on Chandigarh - Jaipur (Rajasthan) - Ujjain - Indore - Omkareshwar (M.P) long-distance route, with my 04 members. I found that Punch EV offered a unique combination of efficiency, comfort, and performance, even on extended trips. From my experience with Tata cars, I've noticed that the steering tilt doesn't go as low as it does in Hyundai, Honda and Renault Duster cars. Not sure if others have noticed this too. You might need someone who's 5'4" to test it out.

Amit Manchanda, Need to change Maruti Brezza Vdi, with Steel Rims and Tyre size 205 60 R15. Stock Tyre Brand (MRF Wanderer) After doing some research, Hv found and liked Bridgestone Turanza 001 as good but it comes in size of 215 60 R16. Which means tyre will be 10 mm more then previous in same Steel Rims. Can I use 215 60 R16 instead of 205 60 R16 on same Steel Rims without hampering Fuel efficiency. Or should I go with same as stock tyres with same or any other brand. Pls suggest any good brand as per your experience. Amit Manchanda

My main run is 50-60 km daily (highway80%-city20%), family of 5 members, priority safety, reliable and mileage.budget around 15-20 lakhs. Additional features looking for but not compulsory (sunroof) please guide. Also I m ok with electric / diesel/hybrid. There are too many options so please share your view.

हाँ...चाहे जहाँ से लगवा लो...warranty और insurance all India नहीं मिलेगा...इसीलिए कहता हूं factory fitted या फिर कभी नहीं.

Currently using ford ecosport 2013 diesel (180,000km) Maharashtra. My main run is 50-60 km daily (highway80%-city20%), family of 5 members, priority safety, reliable and mileage.budget around 15-20 lakhs. Additional features looking for but not compulsory (sunroof) please guide. Also I m ok with electric / diesel/hybrid. There are too many options so please share your view.
punch 35 kw long ranger version is 13lac .. u can drive 50-60km everyday and need to charge every 4-5 days.. u will spend 50 rupees per day for driving ev punch..

1) no ac vent at back side
