Backtested on january and february 2024, 11 trades ..6 wins and 5 losses with fixed 5 rr..
January was not the best too. Good job on the quick backtest!
@MulhamTrading I'm really thankful you're on youtube teaching people how to really trade forex and be profitable. Actually I found out that EMAs 9 and 18 you used for daily bias works really good with all the other strategies you teach and it helps out with scalping trades. I mostly learn from you at this point. Other people want to charge money just for others to learn to be profitable
well thats deadly profitable trades all together! i mean 6 trades that won u fixed 5rr = 30% growth ... and the 5 losses = -5% which is insane.. I'll backtest it as well and share my results

you won't get trades everyday , and definitely 11 trades are nothing to conclude a strategy to be profitable.. might need to backtest at least 1 year..BTW , it's seems a nice edge.. thanks mulham@@junaid32084

I'd be interested to know what the accuracy would be if the rr was reduced to 2 or 3 to 1.
Does this strategy work equally well with all currency pairs? Or are there some that are better or worse suited to it? If I understood the video correctly, the aim is to find a currency pair that has moved as little as possible during the Asian session.

How did you find out that 01:30-03:30 are the best time? I am from germany and I thought the London session starts at 8am (2am New York time). Also I thought the Asia session last till 8am (2am NY)

Is the midnight open ny midnight or London midnight? Then weekly open is what time

So you consider the last 4 hours of asin session before London open , and when London opens you wait for 1 and half hours then looks liquidity sweeps in after , I'm confused about the asin session , did you consider all asin session or just last few hours

My Asian range indicator is showing 20:00-02:00 New York time, is that incorrect?
Yes bro u can use that time too
Correct
Change it to 20:00 - 00:00 under settings of the indicator
Technically it's 1800-0000 (accumulation quarter)

You can do that. States times are +6hrs. Or I would just mark 02:00- 07:00 on Mt5 that's how I get my Asian range.

@@Filia_Noctis GU EU GER30...XAU try look during NY AM session..its all depend on economic calendar correlation during that day..not really straight forward like that..more like fishing..just need to have a feeling based on high impact news timing
thats a good strategy but not work well in trending/sideway market and this setup does not happen everyday , as you dont have a good HTF POI everyday
Well you do not need to trade everyday, even 1-3 winning trade a month is already enough

Always ny time utc -4 or -5
spread will mess with those 2-3 pip stoploss..
