not to long ago i tried melting chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds like 4 times and it wouldn't melt so i put it in for 3 mins and i was watching a movie and i look in the kitchen and the whole kitchen was smokey and the whole house smelt like i burnt something and the chocolate in the bowl was on fire for some reason idk it was a horrible time #cookingwithanthony :)

when you're melting chocolate that is not for that specific "purpose", you gotta add some water or milk for it to melt :)
Well true it's really not the best way, but it gets the job done fast lol
try melting with butter next time :)
